Povetkin won the first round, and has Wawrzyk down in the 2nd.
Wawrzyk down twice in the third and the fight is over. Roll on Wlad!
That was a terrible fight by any standard let alone a WBA heavyweight championship fight. Bit of an insult to the former champs that these pair are fighting for it now
The last two guys povetkins fought have had to be wheeled into the ring. I expect theyve milked him for long enough and are ready to cash out against wvlad. I dont expect that to last very long. Klitschkos in a different league

Lebedev cut.
Lebedev cut there, I thought Jones won the first round, he landed some good shots.
Not a bad opener for jones. Finding a home for his left hand and hes cut lebedev already.
They look in different weight classes and jones is taking advantage of that reach. Hes already done better than Toney did against lebedev
Lebedev is a lot more busier in the 2nd round and takes it. Jones is still landing, but he is being outworked. Its a good fight so far though.

Round 2 lebedev coming out swinging, really planting his feet to get maximum power. Jones still coming forward and answering. 1st proper fight ive seen all night. Jones isnt fighting like he is here for the payday

Round 3 to lebedev but i think its fair to say that hes been surprised with how much ambition jones has brought . Its not like the roy jones or james toney fight. Lebedev is actually in a fight and knows it

Lebedev is landing a lot of shots but Jones is still coming forward and Lebedevs eye is looking swollen. I think that round was closer, Jones isnt out of this.

Jones has been very good this round and has been landing a lot of shots, Lebedevs eye is getting really bad. Lebedev has slowed down a lot in this round and Jones takes this round for me.
Round 5 to jones .
He has taken over this fight. Dennis looking tired but still landing big shots of his own. I bet he is regretting putting so much into the early rounds, he needs to conserve his energy and protect the eye because he cant see the punches coming

Quieter round, lebedev knows speed is the key now instead of power. Jones took a round off so i gave it to lebedev

Lebedev is landing some massive shots in the 7th and Jones looks really tired, he needs to get a second win. I think Lebedev won that round, but that eye is so bad, why hasnt it been stopped?
What a fight! Amazing heart from lebedev with such a bad injury. He had jones hurt at one point but punched himself out and jones came back at him on the bell.

Lebedev is outboxing a tired jones in the 8th round, but if the fight was anywhere else it would have been stopped a long time ago.

Tszyu needs to teach Denis how to clinch.
The furious pace seems to have taken more out of jones, he is slowing down taking heavy shots but lebedevs legs look weak its a long way to go with that bad eye
