It was horrendous mate worst av seen!!the swelling round the top ov his head aswell!
they should have stopped it around the 6th. The doctors obviously didn't care about Lebedev's health. Only in Russia
Saw the fight and the ref checked it in the 10th i think what a prat that he only noticed it then.
Fairplay to him though, was still swinging and looking dangerous until the end.
I'd imagine that an eye like that won't ever be the same again.
It was fairly brutal.
Hey you guys! (Said like Sloth from the Goonies)

Looks to me like Wolak and Ledbedev were about equals...Berto spread his swelling over both eyes.
I bet Margaritos the next day after the Pac fight was on par with those.

I'm going to have to watch this fight. Eff Lebedev for beating up on ancient Jones and Toney.
Guillermo Jones is a freak of nature, he was once a hard hitting world champ at 154 and carried his power all the way up to Cruiser. He rarely fights, but he is a natural fighter and puncher.
It was a great fight and Lebedev showed tremendous heart. It was just distressing that nobody was looking out for him though. He was always up on points but the eye was beyond gone after 5. Lebedev will be lucky to have any sort of career after that. Not cool.
^Agreed, I was impressed with his heart, but true fighters are always too tough for their own good and they need logical people around them to protect them from themselves. There's no way Lebedev should have fought so long with his eye like that. He's lucky he never lost the eye.
Fernando Vargas' eye was pretty bad as welll
add vargas to the list.
