FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
This should be good TV. I keep thinking Rodriquez will run out of tomorrows but he's settled in at 154 and always gives it an honest go. Rodriquez 27-6-3 (15) v Hernandez 30-4 (20) in main.
Issouf Kinda 16-0 (6) v Chris Howard 15-2-1 (7) in co main
Just noticed we have Womens Softball on..which I don't mind for different reasons but lets hope it ends on time. Jebus #20 ;D

Re: FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
Howard is going to be hard pressed to stay above water here with Kinda. This isn't Jargal
These guys have smashed heads a couple of times already..Howard trying, Kinda picking spots
-
Re: FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
Both heating it up in third with Kinda squaring up and getting small, if Howard has any chance that where its at. Handspeed pretty equal..Howard doing better than I thought
-
Re: FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
Kindas right finding a home at end on 5th, Howard backed to ropes and showing facial damage. Left eye looking ugly
-
Re: FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
JUst waiting for the fucking baseball gmae to end so I can watch...
-
Re: FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
God, what a useless sport. Americans, you're great, but what in the fuck do you see in fucking baseball? You're better than this.
-
Re: FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
Oh man, tough break for Howard...ref calls it off in between rounds on swollen eye, Howard is very vocal and pissed off. Replay shows a clash of heads early caused it...its going to cards after 6th.
-
Re: FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
Ring announcer and commission official taking awhile...58-56 Howard...59-55 Kinda (?)...58-56 Howard :o Howard upsets with a W. tech 6. Kinda suffers first loss and is gutted in corner, distraught
HolyHell, didn't see that coming!! I can see it even up, but even 59-55 Kinda was absurd.

;D I gave it up for the most part after the strike year

Re: FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
Even on replay its so clear Matthysse is a very very body concious puncher...he constantly stabs the body of opponent. Some are throw aways to gauge head..and some are of serious quality!

He's great to watch, but too wild. He's just waiting to be picked apart by a decent boxer who isn't scared of him.

Hes def wild. I think we'll be waiting awhile ;D He himself has improved. Far more than just a slugger
Ohhh here goes a stand by Heavyweight scrap! Love these unknowns...southpaw Constantin Bejenaru vs Excell Holmes...don't blink ;D
-
Re: FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
Holmes dropped off a left hook
Benjenaru is a wild compact hooker....BIG headbutt late in 2nd, big cut opens up on Benjenarus forehead...looks like he was hit with a hatchet:-X
I think Holmes was on his way out but, fight waved off. Ruled a ND as two rounds not completed

You spoke too soon, I didn't see the the entire fight, but I think Howard just got a big break! Ah yeah, only in America.

Rodriquez and Hernandez in ring. I don't know what it is but Delvin always looks like he just woke up. This hopefully gets Rodriquez some momentum in a stacked division
-
Re: FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
Pretty even first rd. My link crashed and I found another just in time.
-
Re: FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
Pretty physical 2nd, head clashes, Hernadez gets the right home, solid hook! Rodriquez starts 3rd quick...needs to stay sharp
Ohh I think Rodriquez was shook off a left hook! He's cut too
-
Re: FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
Hernandez beating him to the punch! Nice exchange in 4th
-
Re: FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
Rodriguez is getting tagged here.
-
Re: FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
I have 2-2. Delvin sent out blood dripping, looking to pot shot Hernandez at start of 5th. Hernandez left eye looking raw. Good lil scrap
-
Re: FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
Hernandez looking tired already.
-
Notice all the cameras setting on the apron of the ring?
-
Re: FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
3 fights, all ended by headclashes :p They should hand out helmuts...
Case for replay right THERE, looks like Rodriquez gets gipped of a tko off punch???
-
Re: FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
Nasty cut, but they could have let him see out the round. I'm not sure how they will have this, plus the punches caused the cuts there.
-
Re: FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
Very solid ring announcer...but that hair is ludicrous
Rodriquez wins tech dec...but should have a TKO

Agreed, didn't help that the Doctor wasn't decisive, almost looked like he was asking permission. But you needed rubber cement to stop that cut
-
Re: FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
Wow! How about THAT. The Commissioner Mike Mazzulli changes result right there, rules a TKO as a result of instant replay on live interview. I just don't understand the refusal to use replay world wide.
-
Strange night, cuts, cuts, and cuts.

Someone with a brain and common sense, a hard combination to find at times.

Re: FNF tonight: Delvin Rodriquez v Freddy Hernandez
Justice was served. Had the decision been for Hernandez, after it was ruled an accidental headbutt, it would've been a damn shame. Good case for replays indeed. Replays clearly showed it was two right hands which opened up the cut. Can't blame the ref for thinking headbutt, though. Hernandez has a nasty habit of leading with his head. What was it... 8 of his fights stopped because of headbutts? Someone got to teach that boy how to fight.

He knows how to fight, he just needs to learn how to fight CLEAN.
Sucker was winning the fight for a while there, hell probably was up by a point or two at the time of the stoppage, but the momentum had shifted and Rodriguez was taking control.

I like teddy atlas and his analysis of the matysse v Peterson fight.
