Huge domestic fight....

Fury deffinitly has a chance, in fact id say its a 50/50 fight. Haye gets hit and tires. Fury throws alot of punches and has good stamina. Hes learnt a lesson in his last fight by a better boxer than Haye ad one that engages more too.
Id still be surprised if it actually happens as nothing offical has been said, inly gossip by people putting 2 and 2 together.

Re: Haye v Fury set for Autumn ..?
50/50 fight;D Fury gets knocked out early and easily if this actually happens. He is just awful and won't have a chance to avoid Hayes early attack.

Of all the people on this site, you know the least about boxing!
Even my dog, who accidentally pressed on my keyboard once and typed "gghjkf" was righter than anything you've ever posted.
Haye stoppage between rounds 4 and 6.

I actually think this fight has the potential to look alot like Haye vs Maccarinelli, just maybe not that early. When Haye lands that overhand right though I think Fury goes down like a sack of potatoes, and if he does get up, Haye is a great finisher.....
-
Re: Haye v Fury set for Autumn ..?
Definitely Haye by KO. The Froch PPV was a success and Sky now obviously think this one will be too. Haye takes it because it's another Chisora-like easy money big payday and Fury takes it because he's now at the level where he's got a great chance of losing his next fight and the Haye fight is by far the biggest money fight out there.
-
Re: Haye v Fury set for Autumn ..?
Imagine if Fury wins it? We'll never hear the end of him. Surely he'll be too open for the overhand right. Surely. Please God surely.

What's worse is that cunningham had only an overhand rights chance at troubling Fury.
But Haye can explode with the straight right and the left hook, which had Valuev doing the chicken dance, and Valuev has a much, much better chin than Fury.
And for a guy at 6'9, Fury doesn't hit all that hard. Haye took a few of Wlads best shots, so I don't see fury troubling him.
-
Re: Haye v Fury set for Autumn ..?
Fury can win this and this is more exciting than if they fought their scheduled fights against foreign opposition. Once the Klits see what attention they both bring they will come calling.
-
I just heard this will be a £10 million fight split 50-50 in Sept or October ;-)
The build up to this will be hillarious :-)

That means it will be PPV!!!

The leaks are coming from Boxnation ;-)
There will be serious crowd trouble at this too...Fury brings half the extras from the movie Snatch along and Haye has a load of Millwall fans following him.
Alway trouble at Fury fights... The Rogan one was bad both inside and outside the venue.
Be safe and pay the £15 quid :))

Unfortunately the best advice, I've watched most of Haye's fights live, including two in Germany, but there is no way I'm attending this. I will pay the 15 quid and invest what I saved in ticket and travel money on a sizeable wager that Haye sparks him in 3.
-
Haye does not deserve ppv after the "falling down 15 times" wlad fight.
Fury on the other hand deserves ppv for the stuff that comes out of his mouth.
-
Re: Haye v Fury set for Autumn ..?
I'd pay £15 to watch the build-up, fuck the fight (Haye will blast that big dummies head off inside 2). Please god lets this happen
-
It will...no.smoke without fire ;-).
They gotta do a 24-7 kinda thing for the buildup too.
Lol

Re: Haye v Fury set for Autumn ..?
24-7 would be fantastic, Fury living in a van, bit of tarmacking to get fit and coursing.

That's what Fury will think he's been struck by as they're waking him up

Or that is what Fury punch will feel like hitting Haye's glass chin.

I think it is more likely a Fury punch will be hitting his own glass chin.

Re: Haye v Fury set for Autumn ..?
Not only do I give Fury a chance.
I think Haye is finished on a world level, question is if Fury is a world level.
Mentally Haye is finished, he will be coming in heavy for this fight.

Oooh, big prediction....see I think he still holds out hope of fighting Vitali so he'll come prepared but the question will be "Can he handle a free swinging BIG heavyweight?" Haye was very cautious vs Valuev and Wladimir will he be that cautious with Fury or will he rush him the way he's rushed some of the smaller heavies like Chisora?

He didn't "rush" Chisora, he fought the same way he did against Wlad, the difference was Chisora was putting him under constant pressure, hence he threw much more punches. Haye's "caution" mirrored that of Wlad's in their fight. Obviously Wlad has mastered the safety first style, using his size advantage to best effect, and was able to outfox Haye. Forget Valuev because the size differential is enough to spoil any fight.

Wlad fought Haye the way he fights everyone...people say it's "cautious" but it was the sweet science pure and simple. Wlad hits guys and doesn't allow them to hit him back its a very difficult way to fight and Wlad has been damn near untouchable doing it. vs Haye Wlad was the one stalking Haye in that fight, on a rare occasion Haye would attempt to attack Wlad and Wlad would negate that by leaning on Haye and by moving his feet.
Haye went after Chisora more than he did Wlad because there was less danger and there was not as much of a size difference.
I think if Fury BOXES he'll beat Haye, if he swings wildly like some angry gypsy Yeti he'll get KTFO in hilarious fashion

Yeah Wlad was able to make Haye more "cautious" because he was too good and experienced to give him chances to fight his fight. However, Haye didn't change his style for Wlad, he just couldn't exploit Wlad's weaknesses.
I sort of agree - If Fury tries a negative saftety first approach he might last a few rounds.

Re: Haye v Fury set for Autumn ..?
Fury has a huge reach advantage which could help negate David's advantage in handspeed and athletic ability. But Tyson Fury isn't a boxing genius by any stretch of the imagination and so I think he'll jab, fall in to try to land a big cross and Haye will rip a shot through his guard and it'll be all she wrote.
I think David Haye could be a better heavyweight than he is but he just doesn't want to be, he's not driven enough. And his trainer is a full on idiot....just a fucking hyped up spin class instructor with a towel and a spit bucket

Haye will be within a couple of pounds of his last fight weight and he'll beat Fury as easily as he beat Chisora.

Looks like its on. 28th September Manchester arena. Haye will win this with a brutal ko in under 5

Haye will get busted up just like Steve. Fury is not the most skilled but his sheer size will breakdown and destroy Haye.
