FNF and NBC Tonight! Jennings v Fedosov

Double dose of decent live cards kicking off the weekend and have not seen any mention, but we have a Tyson thread going on its 100th page ;D Looks like these may overlap but I'll take it

NBC starts at 7pm with Ronald Cruz 17-1 (12) vs Ray Narh 25-2 (21)...Cruz is meh, Narh has a long road back and will be undersized I'm betting, but I give him a shot.

Sergey Kovalev 20-0-1 (18) vs Cornelius White 21-1 (16)...Kovalev is fun tv and more than a brick throwing robot, but bricks he can throw. He should have his way with White but still waiting on a fluid boxer to find some kinks in his armor.

Bryant Jennings 16-0 (8 ) vs Andrey Fedosov 24-2 (19) in what could turn into a good Heavyweight scrap. Jennings doesn't get much push but hes slowly gaining traction.

FNF Espn: Starts at 8 pm with no chance of delay. Jundy Mafaon 15-0-1 (12) vs Juan Carlos Payano 13-0 (7)....Jorge Diaz 17-1 (10) vs Yenifel Vicente 24-1-2 (16)

Cruz and Narh at bell and underway. Narh stabbing behind jab very well here...Cruz waiting

That was as steady and complete a round as Narh could hope for. Cruz needs to get to work because all hes doing is catching early

2-0 Narh and two different levels of activity. Cruz warned for shoulder blocking (?). Narh boxing well after long layoff and mixing in body. Getting very brave

Cruz muscles in and manages two chopping rights, spins off ropes and Narh nods to corner...Narh backs straight up and catches a left hook that staggers him, Narh recovers and Cruz has finally come to fight. Good round!

NBC has a live punch stat count on screen. Unique view as to what we think lands and whats counted

3-1 Narh. His stamina may be the bull in the china shop here cause he has a long way to go. Cruz needs to get at it

Woaaah??? Narh takes a knee or is forced down as Cruz lands body shot...ref calls it a slip? Two mixing it up in 5th

Ref giving Narh time after a shot on the belt and Cruz warned. Hmm. Didn't look that dramatic

Flores is a complete idiot. 4-2 Narh...who unlike Padilla tires and gets wobbled

Cruz corner says he needs to go for the knockout!

Narh shooting off some solid uppercuts and sliding off behind jab. Cruz is just in slow motion here, mauling, one and done throwing and wading in behind preacher gloves but not throwing. 5-2 Narh

Flores is about the worst commentator out there, dude gets so biased towards one fighter and his commentary sounds like he's watching completely different fights but about to tune in to this since i just made it home from work. Look forward to seeing kovalev, checked out some of his fights the other day since i had only seen the campillo fight previously and dude is like a rock em sock em robot.

I agree bud, Flores needs duct tape. I don't pay too much attention to the mic but hes not just bad, which is livable, hes very very biased. Kovalev is the goods, only seen him 4 times but a big fan. Very solid punch selection and doesn't ignore the body

Oh man, Cruz getting gritty with LB and catches Narh hard but Narh takes it! Cruz is in dire need of a KO in last round, its not close fight from here

8-2 Narh at the bell. Very impressive comeback after 2 yrs off...Cruz hometown and Narh rides ropes and draws some boos. Hope judges are sober tonight...

At start. White vs Kovalev...nice body work going early. Mention of winner being names Hopkins mandatory :-X

White getting staggered off of blocked shots, white better come up with a plan b real quick

Kovalev buzzed White badly off a right hand and is putting on some hurt at rounds end! Whites jab isn't going to keep this off

Yeah white is showing to be a tough one and lasnd a good jab here and there but kovalev doesn't seem to care to much and punches whatev er he can and doewn goes white

Wod don't know nothin about white but kovalev based on his other fights and this showing is a beast , rarely do ya see a power guy be a volume guy as well, good stoppaged probably coulda stopped it after the 2nd kd

pretty combo by jennings to stager the guy and a big round for him, but fedosov seems to still have his legs

well awesome night of fights for a friday, got it 2 2, wonder how much energy jennings expanded in rd 3 and whether he's just taking a breather

Not sure how this will end, but Jennings is a pretty smart heavyweight in there. Playing the ropes is dangerous but so far hes using them

Good call, both look to be gearing up fro hard second half, Fedosov body and Jennings looking to pepper him

i got it 3-3, but i think fedosov slowing more than jennings, plus that eye is going to get nasty in a round or 2, well never mind i guess its over right now, fun fight, also good job on looking out for the fighters health, i know its a warrior's sport but nobody should ever have to fight with a lebedev or wolak eye
