I've just seen the news on skysports. Thanks for the memories Hatton, although he wasn't as good as Ricky I still respect what he has achieved in the sport and I enjoyed watching him. I hope he enjoys the retirement !

It will be very difficult for any of us to get over this news.
I have respect for the guy, hope his retirement sticks.
He gave his all. Much respect. By accident of birth he had the wrong brother in the wrong era.
I never rated him at all and the fact that he went the distance with Alvarez when Rhodes and others did not means he did better than I ever expected.
That was a courageous performance. He fought with a lot of fire that night. Canelo has improved since.Quote:
