Im looking forward to this fight and i think we can expect to see a KO here. Both are strong front foot fighters and I think Cloud will last more than a round and will be more of a test than Dawson. I think Stevenson will be too much for him but Cloud will make it competitive.
IT would have been a great triple header if Haye's bitchass didnt pull a stunt but oh well..
Aside from Stevenson's 1st rd KO of Dawson, Ive never been thrilled about the guy. He can't really box and I kind of see him as a one handed fighter. I wouldn't be surprised if he turns out to be a one hit wonder.
I was on that postfight high just as everyone else and my initial thought was that he'd knock out Cloud easily, but, upon further review, I changed my mind..
He has the momentun on his side with the hometown advantage, but I think it's going to be a competitive fight.
Im leaning more and more towards a decision victory... Cloud is slightly better, technically, and I believe he's going to land more punches while Stevenson lands the more telling blows..

Hes not that great a puncher either. Darnell Boone was the one who knocked him out early and he had a rematch this year and it took him longer to get rid of Boone than it did Periban. Periban took him out in 2. It took Stevenson to the 6 th round.
i think Stevenson is clearly a big puncher but is he really in this class? he KOed Dawson yes but had dawson have stayed away from his big punch for a round or two i think it would have been an easy win for him
Dawson seemed to be out to prove a point on the night as well and gave stevenson the opportunity

Stevenson was extended in to the 6th just this year by Boone. He didnt turn in to superman litterally overnight. Dawsons incompetence has made some believe that Stevenson is something he isnt.
Thats really what I'm thinking. Cloud may come off like an off brand Jeff Lacy in spots but he turns his stuff over nicely down the middle. I don't see how this goes the distance unless it disappoints myself, mainly based on Stevenson. He's a balls to the wall puncher, and as far as I know has never been 12 with anyone half decent. Cloud has shown that he can be kept on a leash and accept a points defeat, but Stevenson probably doesn't have the skills to do it without gassing or leaving himself open. Hopefully Cloud is up for the fight and goes after him, I'm expecting a stoppage before the late rounds for sure.
Cloud is going to smash Stevenson, it won't even be close. Stevenson is going to be a one-hit wonder.

I actually thought cloud did pretty good v hopkins... I was exceptionally drunk when i watched teh fight but my scorecard was very close... I dont know mmuch about this stevenson fellow bar the 1st round ko of dawson but I have a feeling he isnt too great and cloud is going to out work him in a good fight that goes the distance... so i went and bet 4 quid on cloud to win by points at 10/1.... not bad
I think Cloud handles Stevenson power better than Stevenson will handles Cloud's. But we'll see
