Discover the prince naseem hamed !
Thanks bud, I've never heard of him, i'll check him out.
Is he Pakistan's greatest ever fighter?
Is he a real Prince?
No he's from yemen and hes not a real prince ;D
Hope you like it :)
Having a little read up about him.
Apparently the great Juan Manuel Marquez ducked him? Interesting.
Whoomp there it is!!!
Any idea what this means?
I was reading another thread where the bloke kept saying this. I have no idea why. He seems like a Hamed expert. Absolutely destroyed some guys that didn't seem too fond of Hamed. Good read.
The Prince of Mince
(That could refer to his 'dancing' and now more to mince pie and dumpling)
Naz love or hate the guy was a fine featherweight, don't think he could make cruiser weight at
this moment in time. Gone to seed by the look of him, his best days were with Brendon, but
Naz did not like the truth as it hurts.
Great boxer but a Cock, as a person there again you can't have it always can you.!!!!! ;D

remember this old thing...?
Never heard of him.
Thanks for filling in the blanks, buddy, I'm gonna check him out.
He looks a bit robust, Bubbz, are you sure he's a "light boxer"?
He was flashy but he is one of those dudes who could have been better.
Barrera (his only tough fight) put it on him and he only fought once after that. Not sure if he was just that discouraged by the fight or what.
Naseem had the potential to be one of the greats but unfortunately he didnt reach it.
Just being brutally honest. Hes a good fighter nonetheless and fun to watch.
He really kicked Marco's ass.
If that fat Naz landed a rocket launcher on Wlad's chin what happens? Exactly. As James Toney has shown, if you have the skill, regardless of how fat you get, you can beat the big lumps.
Fat Naz KO 1 Wlad. Fact.
He wouldn't even get through the ropes...
How is Wlad gonna grab hold of a 5'3 man? He'd throw a jab and go for the grab, Fat Naz would wobble to his left, wobble to his right and boom!!! Glass all over the ring. Wlad never saw it coming.
Whoomp there it is!
If... IF Hamed doesn't get stuck between the ropes, he'll be counted out for mistaking Wlad's rubber soles for gammon steak and lying on the canvas trying to eat them.
Hamed wants to hope it's over quickly, longerthan two rounds and he'll needa stomach pump to remove all of the gum guards he's munched. How many spares can a corner even give? ???
I reckon his farts still pack a punch... It's only a matter of time till the odor reaches Wlad's nostrils, causing Wlad's airways to constrict to block the smell and asphyxiating him, or maybe it'll just melt his face like the Nazi in Raiders of the Lost Ark.
(Assuming that the force from the sonic boom doesn't just burst Wlad like at the end of Watchmen)
He is one of the best, I agree.. and he had the most entertaining personality ever in the history of boxing. People throw around the term charisma way too often but hamed had real charisma.. u compare him to guys like floyd mayweather and floyd is a mute idiot..
The way he came back to knock out kevin kelly was so amazing..this guy in his prime had super human capabilities.
Come to think of it, we need more fighters like naz today..
I seen Naz in a restaurant with his mrs a few years ago,He had ordered more food on his plate
than Bob Geldof sent to Africa.Fat cunt.Didnt say that to him though.;)
Says Daniel Fletcher, “...some stars are so bright they burn out fast, rather than fading away slowly. In this case, while it still hurts that it did, one must be thankful that we saw the star at all.”

Both Willie Pep and Sandy Sadler beat him, especially Sadler, after how many times Kelley had him worried.
Wouldn't say the best ever.
Pretty sure Rigo beats him easily.
Never heard back from this Bubbz fella.
Guess a tenner doesn't buy as much as it used to back in the day....
He dominated the featherweight division for six years, winning 17 world championship fights against 10 world champion opponents, and he unified all the titles. That dominance against tough opposition should count heavily when evaluating his candidacy for nomination into the Hall
Unlike the late Hector “Macho: Camacho, his boxing antics made him the new poster-boy for lighter-weight boxers and his extraordinary charisma attracted large numbers of fans, but despite the flash, there was plenty of substance. He was a very talented, skilled, and had sledgehammer power (with an impressive 83.78 KO percentage) who scored spectacular highlight reel knockouts
The Prince never beat an elite fighter, the one time he enters the ring with one he was made to look a fool.
Could you imagine what Salvador Sanchez would do to him? Azumah Nelson? Wilfredo Gomez? Eder Jofre? How would the Prince handle Fighting Harada?
Hamed would never have beaten Marquez, Pacman or Morales either.
hamed was fun to watch, but barrera ended/totally humiliated him! a classic and humbling fight. someone threw a beer in his face after his long "Allah is the greatest" intro when he was literally swinging down into the ring, it was a sign of things to come that night. kevin kelly almost beat him too.
