NBC Fight night: Stevens vs Majewski
I haven't really seen much on this and its a decent little card. Stevens on the rebound and it'll be interesting to see after Golovkin did a number on him. Co feature is the return of a talent in Thabiso Mchunu who was last seen making Eddie Chambers look clueless at his own game and beating him soundly. He faces a Olanrewaju Durodola 17-1 (16) who himself is a bit of a mystery man. Starts at 9pm here and will collide with the live FNF card...which starts in 5 minutes :-X

That's what DVR is for. If you don't have DVR then you ain't cool.
"If peeing your pants is cool then consider me Miles Davis."
Name what movie that's from and I'll give ya a nickel.

Re: NBC Fight night: Stevens vs Majewski
FNF card running...Rico "9 lives" Ramos fighting Jonathan Arrellano 14-2-2
On a side note these fans of the Seahawk fans in the crowd are reminding me why I hope they lose ;D

Re: NBC Fight night: Stevens vs Majewski
Not a bad fight here. The FNF main is good also. This weekend is massive in action...K-9 Bundrage fighting on Fox tonight also, if his fan wants to see it. Antonio Orozco in a complete mismatch facing Huerta on that card.

Re: NBC Fight night: Stevens vs Majewski
That is a great showcase statement type fight for Jennings on HBO. Looking forward to that one
-
Re: NBC Fight night: Stevens vs Majewski
In typical tradition of treating boxing like a red headed step child...NBC delayed by College f'n hockey
Watching both of these cards so I'm not bi polar...just multi tasking
*SPOILER ALERTS* accordingly :OhNo:
Thomas Williams Jr 15-0 (10 ) vs Cornelius White 21-2 (16)......White just dropped early. Kovalev left nothing but bones
-
Re: NBC Fight night: Stevens vs Majewski
:o Holyshit...Williams dropped...then White dropped ugly again
So much for multi tasking
-
Re: NBC Fight night: Stevens vs Majewski
Mchunu vs Durodola 17-1 (16) is up now. On paper, its a solid one. His build in no way fits his style from what I've seen
-
Re: NBC Fight night: Stevens vs Majewski
I don't know what the Hell Chambers was thinking picking this guy...very deceptive and complete approach here. 2-0 with the KD so far
-
Re: NBC Fight night: Stevens vs Majewski
Any man who names himself "Gods power" better know how to fight. Durodola needs to stay southpaw..it was a bit effective
-
Re: NBC Fight night: Stevens vs Majewski
Hey all, just started watching this looks like a good fight. M'chunu could be really good, I like the way he fights but seems this is a tough opponent. Is the Curtis Stevens fight next? Anyone know much about his opponent.
-
Re: NBC Fight night: Stevens vs Majewski
4th nicked to Durodola. Mchunu is laying some serious counter traps but he better know Durodolas power 100 percent. 3-1
-
Re: NBC Fight night: Stevens vs Majewski
4-1 Mchunu. He has that chicken wing elbow going also. Durodola looks like a guy trying to ride a bike down some railroad tracks here...lost!

Stevens main is next as far as I know. Not a whole lot about Majewski here off the top. I think Mchunu has the goods, but really a total boxer. Thought he could have done damage to Chambers late on but he admired his work.

8-1 Mchunu. Durodola needs to forget boxing and go total caveman
-
Re: NBC Fight night: Stevens vs Majewski
98-91 w/ kd. Mchunu.
What good are trinkets if we don't fight 12 rounds ???
-
Re: NBC Fight night: Stevens vs Majewski
Stevens trainer wants him to 'get back to what happened with Roman' ??? Golovkin is lucky he got away from that I guess ???
Majewski down already. Same guy who got beat up with Mundy here?

Re: NBC Fight night: Stevens vs Majewski

-
Re: NBC Fight night: Stevens vs Majewski
Lol the guy was done after the first jab of the fight!
-
Re: NBC Fight night: Stevens vs Majewski
the fox fight is about to start....
-
Re: NBC Fight night: Stevens vs Majewski
OHHHHH hahaha!!! :o Huerta just welcomed him to the big time. Geezer clocked him hard. Always a soldier

Re: NBC Fight night: Stevens vs Majewski
Dear jesus. Huerta looked like he was shot with a aircraft carrier there
Reality just took over

I'm kinda glad he did. On the other hand this will guarantee he sticks around to be served up to more favorites

I dont know if Stevens hits that hard. Landed cleanly of GGG and he just walked through them. Majewski rec was padded, lost every time he stepped up slightly in competition.
