What a plum. Clueless.
Olympic gold medallist James DeGale defends his WBC Super Middle Weight silver belt against experienced Croatian Stjepan Bozic at The Glow, Bluewater in Kent. Also on the bill are Kid Galahad, Chris Eubank Jr and young heavyweight star Hughie Fury. Presented by Mark Pougatch, with commentary from Dave Farrar and Richie Woodhall.
;D
Taxi...
At least he did a proper list and the info and stuff. No pictures though or weigh in info. I miss me.
Yol @Master, who is winning?
Just started but De Gale looks good.
The opponent is very awkward and a pain.
Has Chris Eubank jr and Hugie Fury been on yet? Thanks for the updates.
Degale marks up like cotto
Can degale take groves improved power?
De Gale is taking over, it is round 6
Was that Hay In DeGale's nosebag, I mean corner? He is so going to get sparked one day cocky eejit.
de gale switch hitting, carrying his hands low and trying to land big uppercuts.De Gale was hurt with a right hand in the 7th.
Whoa... he was hurt proper there
Glorified sparring session really. DeGale doing what he wants. Be interesting to see what happens now. He took a clump there and he's got a bad habit of wilting.
Al bernstein talks sense
World title challenge against Bika on the line.
Degale confident but has he got ko power
Degale is making a massive pig's ear of his career.
Hits them with the kitchen sink, they keep coming
I don't think the style Degale fights with his even his natural style. It's forced and contrived. His old amateur style adapted for the pros would be more successful.
Terrific Dancer? Like Lionel Blair?
Stopped him with body shots!
Well done james
They did not show Hughie or Eubanks they have left the channel.
They showed Lee Haskins who looked excellent.
Next one of my favourite fighters but had a serious shoulder injury Dean Francis.
They are showing some boxing tonight! Watch it.
I saw this in the paper earlier..wtf sanctioning body is it?
Seems boxings equivalent to footballs Zenith Data cup lol x
It was a good fight Dean Francis lost but he looks incredibly fit for a forty year old.
In the first event of the night, Danny McIntosh from Norwich takes on Travis Dickinson from County Durham, with the English light heavyweight title at stake, as well as a place in the semi-finals. McIntosh has held both the European and English Light Heavyweight titles, while Dickinson, has already tasted success in a knockout tournament in 2011 (‘Prizefighter’). His CV also includes two victories over world title challenger George Groves.
Kid Galahad and Sergio Prado go head to head in Sheffield for the vacant European super-bantam weight title afterwards.
