Undefeated Tureano Johnson steps up against Curtis Stevens on Mansour undercard NBC
I dont know too much about this guy Johnson but from the little bit of what ive seen, he's an all-action fighter with respectable punching power and no defense..
He's being brought in to make Stevens look good but he better not overlook this guy..

Bahamian boy, Johnson is. We sparred together back when he was an amateur. A real mean guy... will watch with interest the way this shapes up.
-
Re: Undefeated Tureano Johnson steps up against Curtis Stevens on Mansour undercard N
Stevens is arrogant for a fighter who isnt that great.. he is just the type of guy who can get upset by an unknown opponent..
He's in a real fight imo..

Re: Undefeated Tureano Johnson steps up against Curtis Stevens on Mansour undercard N
This fight is a sleeper! Stevens has a real fight on his hands.

Bit of a must win for Stevens and Mansour. I'll hesitantly pick Stevens but the man I want to see win is Mansour. I don't think he entertains thoughts of winning on the cards. I'd really enjoy seeing Mansour continue his resurrection.

Re: Undefeated Tureano Johnson steps up against Curtis Stevens on Mansour undercard N
I'm thinking Stevens and Cunningham win big, probably by stoppage.

I agree with Stevens, I just don't care for the guy. I'm gonna send Mansour some good mojo, if he loses it may be the last we see of him. So my choice with him is coming from the heart which means I shouldn't place a bet

You got any stories about the sparring or Johnson generally?

Re: Undefeated Tureano Johnson steps up against Curtis Stevens on Mansour undercard N
This is at the bell. Not sure what kind of shot Johnson takes. Stevens needs to be knocked down a peg
-
Re: Undefeated Tureano Johnson steps up against Curtis Stevens on Mansour undercard N
Damn! He's glued to Stevens chest and trying to bomb him out :-X he bullied him that round!
-
Re: Undefeated Tureano Johnson steps up against Curtis Stevens on Mansour undercard N
I knew this was going to be a competitve scrap.
Stevens got his hands full here.
-
Re: Undefeated Tureano Johnson steps up against Curtis Stevens on Mansour undercard N
Got 3-zip Johnson and he's mugging him on the ropes and Stevens looked bothered.
-
Re: Undefeated Tureano Johnson steps up against Curtis Stevens on Mansour undercard N
Oh, Stevens finally got off ropes and Johnson's head easy to find!! Damn brawl has broke out! 3-1 Johnson
-
-
Re: Undefeated Tureano Johnson steps up against Curtis Stevens on Mansour undercard N
Good fight. 4-1 Johnson but he is getting dumb careless inside.
Stevens looks like he has found something

5-1. Strong rebound round Johnson
-
Re: Undefeated Tureano Johnson steps up against Curtis Stevens on Mansour undercard N
it's been a good fight. I got Johnson up
-
Re: Undefeated Tureano Johnson steps up against Curtis Stevens on Mansour undercard N
Stevens should be chucking uppercuts from his boot laces and gunning for ko. 7-1
-
Re: Undefeated Tureano Johnson steps up against Curtis Stevens on Mansour undercard N
Stevens looks discouraged. He's landing on Johnson. But he can't keep him off him
-
Re: Undefeated Tureano Johnson steps up against Curtis Stevens on Mansour undercard N
He does, he looks doubtful. All Johnson's to lose going into last round! 7-2 Johnson
-
Round 9 and Johnson is still at it. The guy is a punching machine.
-
Re: Undefeated Tureano Johnson steps up against Curtis Stevens on Mansour undercard N
Ohhhh!!!! Damn, he stayed in too long and the chin finally CRACKED!
Have to see that again :o

Re: Undefeated Tureano Johnson steps up against Curtis Stevens on Mansour undercard N
Then he calls for a title contract ffs :p
If anyone gets a shot it should be Johnson. Stevens landed 1 showy hurt punch...and missed everything after
-
I was just going to post about the fine job the referee was doing. Lol
I think the stoppage was BS too. Johnson would have survived the round without taking too much damage. Too bad, one thing for sure everyone knows about Tureano Johnson now.
-
Re: Undefeated Tureano Johnson steps up against Curtis Stevens on Mansour undercard N
I think Mansour might of already lost the fight. He's getting way to wild
-
Re: Undefeated Tureano Johnson steps up against Curtis Stevens on Mansour undercard N
Mansour has the footwork of a spaz.
-
Re: Undefeated Tureano Johnson steps up against Curtis Stevens on Mansour undercard N
