A very physical fight, Johnson is starting to take over. Gavronski is feeling the pressure.
I'm starting to feel sorry for Gavronski, a really tough guy who is going to lose and take a beating.
I have a lot of respect for Gavronski, a really tough kid, but Johnson was just too much for him.
Damn - I forgot about it and my wife wanted to watch a movie. Commercial on now - hope I can catch the end!

Its hard not to root for a kid like that. He came in hard and unphased and def had him spots early. Like Johnson, entertaining but that style is going to tax him heavily!Quote:

Maicelo v Hovhannisyan was a good scrap.
The thing that impressed me the most on this edition of FNFs was the toughness of Gavronski, Johnson was better prepared, worked harder, but could not put Gavronski away.
If Gavronski keeps fighting, can some how make a full commitment to boxing, finds a better gym with more experienced trainers and sparring partners I can see him doing very well.
He has a chin and heart that, at this time, are miles beyond his conditioning and skill set. I hope it works out for him.
That's a lot of ifs. He has a ton of heart and mental toughness. But he throws arm punches, gives up his height and gases early.Quote:
