Alleging invasion of privacy, assault, battery and defamation.
Her timing of filing the lawsuit, right before a big fight, seems a bit iffy to me. Those fake tears show shes out of money and is suing Floyd now. She always seemed like a gold digger to me. Floyd should sue her ass back for emotional distress when she aborted his twins.

Don't get me wrong i'm against beating women but in her case I don't believe her, even though Floyd does have a history. After all this time she decides to speak up right before a big fight when his name is fresh in the media.

Secondly, what difference does it make that it's right before a big fight? Not like he was out of the spotlight or anything. Not only that, she could have filed her complaint a year ago, and it's just now being announced/ going to court, I'm sure there is a lot of red tape involved in suing a multi million pound athlete.
I had a fine for £40 like 4 years ago that I contested and it took 14 months before it was sorted.
I know people who sued for injured in work and it took years before they got any compensation.
I really hope gets jailed again.
The timing is definitely revenge and a "fuck you" to Floyd, but really Floyd has a track history of beating women and being an overall douche bag so I wouldn't doubt her claims.

Lawyers usually pull up every petty offense they can find knowing they wont get a conviction on all of them.
