I dunno but he seems to blow away everybody he has fought so far. It is only early in his career at the moment so i suppose he cant be expected to be put in with decent opponents, surely there must be someone a bit more durable for his next fight though.

They are graduating his opponents well. The only thing they could do better is speed up his schedule.

Say what you want about Seth Mitchell, he WILL chin check you- whether he is wobbled, hurt or about to go within the first minute. Mitchell will land one, and a big one- how you respond is up to you.
I mentioned McCall purely to highlight how hard it is for Joshua to get rounds against these fighters.
Now I didn't actually think he was a viable opponent, as beating a 50 year-old is gonna do nothing for Joshua. I can't believe people could consider him an actual threat.

If Bakhtov is dominated by Joshua, then yes someone like Briggs would be needed to challenge Anthony. Briggs was flaky in his pomp nearly two decades ago! He would carry the experience of a two decade career, and no doubt cause Joshua problems, but I think in this scenario Joshua would come though the test.Quote:

Worn down by Briggs? ;D a 44 (?) yr old with asthma and notoriously bad stamina who showed terribly energy and explosiveness sparring the distance two fights ago?
A win/circus event doesn't do anything for Joshua. Briggs is a self amused spectacle and little else today when it comes to heavyweight relevance. If Joshua wants 'rounds' he can beat on a heavy bag. He needs guys with ability not simply thick skulls.
We always forget to factor in fighting skill when we talk about young talent going up against older, more experienced fighters. David Price vs. Tony Thompson is a prime example.Quote:
