Chris Eubank Jnr will batter Saunders
We all know its coming on Nov 29th in London, Saunders knows it too which is why he's been chatting so much shit claiming he'll "retire if he loses" and that Eubank backed down on a night out when they bumped into each other not so long ago .... Saunders has no power so Eubank will just go through him and bang him out brutally.
I also predict this will happen pretty early in the fight as Saunders hot head and ego lead him into a foolish and brief toe to toe war ;)
-
Re: Chris Eubank Jnr will batter Saunders
I hope not. We will never hear the end of how the undeserving hype job son of a pro waltzed into an opportunity on Daddies coat tails after fighting a handful of nobodies.

But this is the thing, Saunders will talk about knocking Eubank out, but he's not like that when he steps between the ropes. He doesn't have the power......... But he does have the ring craft and that is one thing that Eubank hasn't come across. It's very commendable doing well sparring well against Froch, but for Froch's strong points , movement and ringcraft aren't up there. An interesting fight, I'd have to say Saunders on points.

Re: Chris Eubank Jnr will batter Saunders
Saunders has almost no chance against Eubank.
This to me is like Lee Purdy vs Devon Alexander when Purdy replaced Kell Brook. I see there being that much of a gulf in class here.
-
Re: Chris Eubank Jnr will batter Saunders
Eubanks will win convincingly and I can see a stoppage.

I can't see how you can come to that conclusion based on the facts. Maybe Eubank does win, maybe not, but he has fought nothing but human punch bags . How can we tell based on that?
Purdy was about the 4th or 5th best Brit, and Alexander was World Champion. Maybe Eubank could become World champ one day, but there's still a long way to go , win or lose against Saunders. As for Saunders, I dunno why he's even taken the fight, nothing to gain apart from a bigger purse. It's a bit short-sighted by him.

Eubanks may have fought lesser opposition but he has handled them like a quality world class fighter would. He has that aura.

He has the aura of a dickhead

Maybe that is what it is but he will still beat Saunders.

Re: Chris Eubank Jnr will batter Saunders
Neither are explosive punchers. Eubank jr, although looking more impressive lately, couldn't put a dent in Bradley Pryce, and has since stopped a bunch of Polish taxi drivers.
Billy Joe has chinned out some quality guys for this level. He would have certainly beat all of Eubank's mob just as easily.
What a great fight.

Re: Chris Eubank Jnr will batter Saunders
Froch not entirely the right sparring partner for BJS, tired scrapper/puncher just keeping fit waiting for paydays he's never going to get, how like EuJr is he?
Eu easy win, if you dont like his dad just get over it!
-
Re: Chris Eubank Jnr will batter Saunders
Saunders is a volume puncher he has some skill, but Eubank will do a KO job on him,! I am
not a fan of Saunders, I have watched him as a amateur and pro he's a decent fighter, but he's
not a World Champ in waiting, it's a good fight they really don't like each other a bit of a treat
for us fans.
-
Up until last few days I was certain Saunders would win on points, now I'm not so sure
I want Eubank to win
-
And I think Saunders seems to be getting a bit too emotionally involved

Re: Chris Eubank Jnr will batter Saunders
Lot of confidence in a guy that has never been past 8 rounds and never fought a "live" opponent.
Billy Joe's last 6 opponents
Jarrod Fletcher - 12-0 when he fought BJ. 6-1 since with his only loss coming in a "world" title challenge.
Nick Blackwell - 12-1 Gone 3-1-1 since. Only loss in International title fight. Previous loss against Martin Murray.
Matthew Hall - 25-6 Former Commonwealth champion. Retired.
Spike O'Sullivan - 16-0 Irish middleweight champ. International titlist. 1-0 since.
John Ryder - 15-0 Unbeaten since. Won international title.
Emanuele Blandamura - 22-0 International titlist. Not fought since.
Eubank Jr last 6 opponents
Alistair Warren - 8-5-3 Taxi driver.
Sandor Micsko - 22-5-2 Hungarian road sweeper.
Robert Swierzbinski - 13-2 Polish taxi driver.
Stepan Horvath - 12-3 Czech Republic Postman. Since KO'd in 2 rounds by Liam Williams
Ivan Jukic - 19-2 Croatian Milkman.
Omar Siala - 23-17-3 German Greengrocer.
Imagine if we reversed the opponents, is there anyone that thinks Billy Joe wouldn't KO all 6 of Eubank's comp inside 7 rounds?
Would Eubank jr be a cert against Billy Joe's comp? I think he could beat them but i'd want to see him prove it.
((Yes I'm a boring nerdy train spotter. Fact.))

yes you are
is it a fact that those are the professions of Eubank's opponents? its also interesting that they are all in the public service industry

Re: Chris Eubank Jnr will batter Saunders
I don't think we've seen anywhere near what Eubank has to offer (maybe shit opposition) and he does seem to improve with every fight.
He strikes me as a lazy cunt too (again maybe shit opposition he thinks he can just stroll through) but when he does really let the punches he in combinations he seems pretty heavy handed to me.
Couple that with his family jeans and you gotta say he could be elite material and he must have some of his dads iron will and steel in his blood.
I just think he WILL be right up for this and smash Saunders earlier than people might think, i can't see Saunders keeping him away for 12 rounds because as someone else said he is young and already way too emotionally involved to not get involved in a dick swinging contest sooner or later.
Eubank by stunning KO/Stoppage for me
Don't see it any other way if im honest.
Great fight though and looking forward to it.

Yes it's a fact. Although Robert Swierzbinski backs up his cab driving by working part-time in a cafe too.

Re: Chris Eubank Jnr will batter Saunders
Pretty sure i've seen Billy Joe in Wrangler's. He ain't fucking about
-
Re: Chris Eubank Jnr will batter Saunders
Eubank has been working on power. His hand speed is fantastic for his weight. He has great stamina and punch output, plus he has good combinations.
I think Eubank can be as big or bigger than his dad. A rare occasion that a distinguished champion father has a son that surpasses him.
Usually you have a half-decent father with a championship calibre progeny- Floyd Sr. and Jr.. Or we have a solid championship quality father and a fairly decent son- The McGirts and Hearns's.
But we have a son who can be just as good or better than a father. A father with a stellar record. One of the top guys of all times- at least in the top 20 fighters in his weight, easy.

Its brilliant that this fight has clearly wet everyone's beak and got people talking about it from across the planet.
Tyson and Derek who?
Nothing up for grabs really for either fighter but its clearly not just me.... this fight has just got one of those buzzes about it!
Can't wait :)

Eubank has built a name for himself out of Las Vegas in the Mayweather gym. Plus he is sensational to watch.
Eubank is a less powerful, but larger, version of Manny Pacqioua.

He's fuck all like Pac
Saunders is over in Marbella (Spain) at the MGM Gym apparently training his ass off - according to Jimmy Tibbs , so will be tip top for this ;)

He throws oodles of combinations, moves from side to side and around the ring like Pac.

Saunders is the fav according the bookmakers.
It's the make or break fight Eubank JNR. A bad defeat for him and it's hard to see where he can go.
But I just get the feeling that Eubank JNR is gonna be around for long time. So I think he will win. I don't share your 100% confidence though.

As you are a racist shithead and have spelled that out for us all , I presume you are picking Eubank as he is of mixed race ?
How is the asylum in the projects ?

Now been made a WBO eliminator

Re: Chris Eubank Jnr will batter Saunders
the more i think about this fight the more i have actually no idea who is going to win
i actually might be leaning towards a late eubank stoppage tho but at the same time youd be daft to bet against saunders coz eubank has fought noone at all
-
It might seem naive and stupid but it would be a shame if Eubank was gifted such an epic lift up without having to work his way through the competition like everyone else. Anything can happen in a fight and he may well turn out to be the real deal, but Saunders is slick, fast and throws long complicated combinations. If he can take Eubanks power (if he has any) than Cwis is in for a rude awakening. Saunders might not have KO power but the guy is a very good boxer who I enjoy watching work. I don't wish ill or death on anyone but I think you could put either of the Eubanks thru a combine harvester and what sprayed out the other end wouldn't be much dumber than they are now.

Honestly tho, I know you dislike Eubank, do you think that might be influencing your opinion on how the fight will go?
I'm not saying I disagree with you, I really can't make my mind up

Re: Chris Eubank Jnr will batter Saunders
I've been rewatching Jr's fights over the last couple of weeks. When he started out he didn't look a powerful puncher, well it's a fact he wasn't, but lately he seems to have naturally matured, scored plenty of stoppages, however, he's still not sparking these guys, he's hitting them with the kitchen sink to force the ending.
Billy Joe has never been on the deck, or turned into a drunk, facing much stronger opposition. I'm starting to fancy Billy Joe on PTS.
