Yeah, fighters often do this when they are asked about opponents. The best whatever they ever fought will be someone they beat and looked good against, instead of a guy that whipped their ass. However he gave some real good answers to why he chose these fighters.
We know Rosario can hit hard and he did hit Chavez hard many times. Julio said the only reason he was able to take the punches was because he was young, fit and hungry fighter. I can believe him with that one.
Macho man took a beating from Chavez and no one else stopped him so again believe him about Camacho's chin.
By the time he fought Oscar we know that Chavez was not the same top fighter.
Still believe it is an honest assessment except for the guy to take his 0.
