i believe haymon has both these guys. He collects double the fee. no matter who wins, he wins, no matter who loses theyre still on contract (he wins)
I think he should stay atop of 140 for as long as he can. Everyone at 147 is bigger and stronger then him. When your best asset is power the last thing you wanna do is go up cause the power might not follow..

But yeah the action is happening at 147 now. I wouldn't mind seeing him beating Jessie Vargas, and maybe Broner and Provodnikov. But other than that, who cares about 140 right now?

Garcia has a couple of good wins on his record at world level and thats it

This is a fine fight. Sure, we'd prefer Garcia-Thurman, but this is absolutely fine. Maybe we see the winner of Garcia-Peterson against the winner of Broner-Molina?

Lamont just did this against Matthysse. They made it 141 so Matthysse would not lose his place in line with the Wbc and Garcia and Lamonts belt was not on the line. History really does repeat itself.
