If Mayweather wins I shall never post again....
Beyond all the abuse and drama, I think there remains a lack of something. In that regard, I think I am unique and people will love me win, lose, or draw because I was honest. But if Mayweather wins I hereby declare that I retire and shall never post again.

Re: If Mayweather wins I shall never post again....
In that same regard, I hereby open up a pool to see who predicts the closest when Miles' first post will be after the fight.
I'll open the pool by stating my own prediction: 37 minutes after the decision is announced
Feel free to utilize other units of measure, such as seconds and/or hours.
The winner gets nothing.

Around 4 minutes after. Which will be Miles saying goodbye properly.
Then it will be about 12 hours later that he begins posting again.
Bless his cotton socks.

I am a poet at heart....
Truth is my aim....
Mayweather is the loss of humanity....
There is more... and there shall be....

I don't get it. Is it work in progress?

Re: If Mayweather wins I shall never post again....
What a joke!
I rescind my earlier apology.
You're such a twat Miles.
Just try to stay away...but have your "wife" call an ambulance first.

Bit of a poet
Although you didn't know it!

3 minutes.

I think he's serious, a man with romance in his soul doesn't use words lightly.
I think he'll last about a day, 36 hours at the most. I'll start posting bad things about him immediately if Mayweather wins and you know a man with romance in his heart of hearts will not be able to resist the challenge.
My caustic verbal barrage will melt his resolve like butter on a hot day. Heck, I can see him bristling, taking deep breaths, talking to himself, and cleaning his keyboard already.

Re: If Mayweather wins I shall never post again....
So far we've got widely scattered results on our pool:
Rhun: 3 minutes
ryanman: 4 minutes
TitoFan: 37 minutes
beenKOed: 24 hours
I guess it's too late to rethink my prediction....... :(
(I may have overestimated Miles' resolve).

Re: If Mayweather wins I shall never post again....
Maybe it was the use of the word "shall".
May have added 30 minutes to my estimate.
Oh well.... I stick by it.

Re: If Mayweather wins I shall never post again....
If Manny wins it will be the greatest day of my life. Forget seeing my children being born, being married or blowing a load over some tits, this would be the clintcher.

This is how much I will enjoy it if the Pacman wins.

Re: If Mayweather wins I shall never post again....
No, I shall not be swayed by my legendary reputation and immense sense of drama. No matter what, I shall stand by my pledge like a Liberal Democrat. If Floyd Mayweather beats Manny Pacquiao, then the world is lost. Central banking, crony capitalism, and domestic violence wins and I cannot accept that. I want an age of digital currencies, freedom, and peace. This fight is a metaphor for humanity in the 21st century.
Manny Pacquaio, do not let us down!
-
Re: If Mayweather wins I shall never post again....
Have no fear Miles, you are a brave man to take such a pledge. I don't see the fagweathers jumping forward doing so. Well done, my good and faithful servant, enter into the house your father has prepared for you.
-
Re: If Mayweather wins I shall never post again....
Thank you, Walrus. I just thought with all the angry words in the Pac threads that it was time for a real man to make a stand. I am either a very confident, prophetic icon of the people or else I am a complete lunatic. Either way, I have the balls to make a stand on the Internet and I am proud of it. Go Manny!
-
Re: If Mayweather wins I shall never post again....
Don't worry Miles, I already saw Mayweather on his knees crying after he was knocked out. I sensed it might happen in the 7th round.
No need to fear, Pac's win is already assured.
I have already prepared a victory party. Hope you could come.

I didn't see any rules about not changing you're choice. I think you should extend your guess, 37 minutes is nothing to a man with the heart of a knight!

Hey @walrus you pathetic COWARD. I challenged all you Pactards to a bet where the loser left the forum for good. You didn't have the balls to accept the challenge. You still don't have the balls to do it. Just like Manny and Roach and Arum...you just make shit up and lie as if no one will notice.

Re: If Mayweather wins I shall never post again....
I had been routing for Pacman , however after this thread I may cheer on Mayweather.
-
Re: If Mayweather wins I shall never post again....
;D
I hope Manny is reading this. I know he was on his phone during the presser. Manny, I have finally seen the light, please don't let me leave the forum. It is all down to you. Teach Mayweather about God and let me stay and annoy people on the forum.
This is going to be very exciting. There is nothing like a leaving thread and a super fight running simultaneously.

Stop being silly.
You don't know either of the fighters and they are not paying us anything.
When mayweather wins it will be one of the best days on Saddoboxing and some of the best discussions ever.
Pacman can never win but I can happily say he has the best chance of beating floyd and I hope to see more of him after his sixth loss.

Re: If Mayweather wins I shall never post again....
Well, that wasn't a very good fight from either fighter. Both looked old, but Mayweather looked slightly less old. I was watching it thinking 'If only Ricky Hatton could have faced this Floyd Mayweather'. He was there to be hit and all it needed were some good legs to get close and Manny was simply flat footed and heavy. Manny looked like a weary fighter who couldn't fight more than a minute of a round and even then seemed to be waiting and waiting. Having recently watched all of Manny's fights, he looked close to being shot. I'm not even sure he can beat the speedy guys like Brook or Thurman anymore. It happens, you get old. Mayweather is smart. I give him that. He knew that Manny wasn't the same and he timed it perfectly. He is a genius in that regard. He sees these things and knows the right move. It says a lot that Maidana did a better job than Manny. I'm disappointed in Freddie Roach who I thought would have a better gameplan than to try and outbox a fighter with a 10cm reach advantage. You cannot sit and wait, you have to pounce. He knows what Manny has left more than anyone.
I don't particularly want to leave, but when you make a thread like this you should at least see it through. I shall voluntarily abstain from posting for a period of 6 months. It's the least I can do in the wake of such a result. It just wasn't a very good fight. A shame and both men should retire. I doubt they will.

Re: If Mayweather wins I shall never post again....
Just play it like the typical boxing retirement: say you're gone forever, then come back next week.
-
Re: If Mayweather wins I shall never post again....
Well Miles, much respect to you for putting yourself out there. Quite a stinker of a fight. Congrats to Floyd and his fans. I was hoping for a little more excitement but I'm sure the Floyd fans are happy. I remember how happy I was when the patriots won the Super bowl. My congrats only goes out to the Floyd fans, none to the fagweathers

You still here? I thought you were "shifting to MMA?"

Gandalf, stand still while I rip your Total Posts Badge off you chest and turn you out. Stop that screaming, blast your hide, that's no way for a man with a romantic soul to act!
No, no, and no you cannot take your Badge with you. You've made your bed, now sleep in it! Out!😈👉🏼

Re: If Mayweather wins I shall never post again....
You are the Ray Leonard of "retirement"
-
Re: If Mayweather wins I shall never post again....
Well..... what can I say. I was off a bit on the time, but I am the clear winner of a pool which disappointingly did not have that many entries to it. I think Brock said something like 6 days, but obviously that was never going to hold water. Again... the winner gets nothing, but the satisfaction of knowing pretty much the inner workings of some of our fellow Saddo posters.
(I looked for a medal or trophy smilie to award myself, but couldn't find any).
