Who are/were the fighters of the past and present who are/were nearly impossible to outbox?
Floyd Money Mayweather, #1 because nobody has ever done it.
Even Sugar Ray Robinson got his ass outboxed... and not necessarily by great boxers!
Cassius Clay
First Reign > But he did fight a bunch of 'clumsy guys'.
With the exception of Doug Jones.

Ismael Laguna
Damn near unbeatable.

Jose Napoles
Until the skin over his eyes turned to thin tissue paper.
No m8 I never said anything about being undefeated, I said nobody has outboxed Mayweather.
Jersey Joe outboxed Marciano, he just got caught with a bomb at the end. Nobody ever outboxed Mayweather. Some guys won a few rounds here and there, but nobody ever outboxed him.
Looking at this from a different perspective:
Aaron The hawk aka "Perpetual motion" Pryor.
Too many punches coming from the wildest of angles. Fighters had to throw boxing out the window and resorted to slugging.

Lennox Lewis until the Vitali fight.
Funnily enough, the murderously punching Kayo king that was Tommy Hearns was never never outboxed ..... And he clearly and successfully outboxed 'pure' and hugely talented boxers like Ray Leonard, Wilfred Benitez and Virgil Hill.
Outboxed Ray easy. Just got caught a couple times. Dominated most of the fight. Made Ray look easy in the 2nd third of the fight, Ray was landing nothing, not even getting off. Hearns would fire, move, throw a combo, move, jab, move, jab jab, move, combo. Ray just looked like he had no clue how to even get off then that left hook lands right on the chin. Same as Barkley I except Barkley was being battered, Ray was being outclassed. But Rays hook wasn't a prayer, it was a plan, have to begrudgingly give him his respect for doing what he needed to do.
Khan would be in there by that definition.
Nicolino Locche
Nobody beats him Argentina.
