			the way the mlb playoffs are set up helps the lower seeded team quite a lot, I like it, in the nhl I think they go 2 2 then alternate home games, having the 3 games in a row at home can really create some good momentum for the lower seed even if they lose the first two games. Yeah, I prefer the 2-3-2 format to all others.  Less traveling, for one thing.  Also, it balances things out a little bit, like you said.  The home team might sweep you at the start, like KC did.  But the next 3 games gives the other team ample opportunity to get back in it.  And yeah..... I like the Mets.... but KC has an astoundingly solid team all around.  Hard to pick the Mets in this Series.
