Whyte has just called Haye out and Haye should take this.
Whyte has a proven chin and took some huge punches from AJ but stamina fucked him up and he folded.
This is a perfect opponent for Haye to measure himself against I reckon.

I think this would be a good fight too.
Del Boy gave Haye a decent row up until he got chinned. Whyte is a fresher, quicker, bigger hitter (I think) version of Del Boy. Would be a decent fight and although Haye would start favourite, I wouldn't be surprised to see Whyte bash him out of there after mid way.
I'm still a bit puzzled as to why people think Whyte has stamina issues though. He was mentally and physically put through the ringer against Joshua. It's no surprise he was fucked.
Could be a real barnstormer. Not sure that Haye's stamina will be top level tho this early back. Not really going to improve his ranking either. I think Haye will be trying to engineer a path to Martin.
This would be a good matchup for both of them , exciting also.
I think it's an excellent fight. Whatever Whyte lacks in actual skill it can't be denied that he's a proper fearless hard cunt with a dig.
Certainly be a big step up from De Mori for Haye.
Yeah this wets the beak for me too, proper tear up and this will sell out in minutes and has to be at the O2 or (Millwall FC maybe?) in London as they're both from South of the water.
Never realized Whyte used to spar with Haye either.

Well we know he can still bang because De Mori remembers absolutely nothing of the fight and was hospitalized overnight.
In the heavyweight division one punch is all it takes so of course he can go on to win a title.
To be honest Haye now could be more dangerous than 4 years ago because it's the last roll of the dice so he's got nothing to lose really.
Im glad he's come back because the Heavyweight division is back where it belongs and there's some brilliant wars to be made.
I think you are over reacting to a massively underwhelming opponent.
Think of it this way. Would De Mori have got out of the first round with Fury, Wilder, Klitschko or Povetkin?;D;D;D

DeMori was bashed around in sparring by an 18 year old Hughie Fury. Hes not a good boxer at all.
Haye has something to offer and punch power alone means he can beat anyone.

Why do you think Martin can box well? You may have seen more of him then me but all I could find is the handful of fights that are available on youtube. Glazkov fight is nothing to go by. For me hes very wild with average footwork at best. I cant see how he could trouble Haye unless he just catches him with a big punch.Quote:

You dont have to be a concussive puncher to sicken someone. Its hard to describe to someone whos never boxed and taken punches competitively as its difficult to comprehend without the experience. When you know you cant get out of the way of those shots and theres nothing you can do to stop them a weak person will quit somehow.

Maybe, but it took Fury 10 rounds to stop a Chisora who just stood there taking punches, couldnt stop Johnson, 5 to stop Rogan who got stopped in 1 by Teper, 5 to stop Maddalone who was stopped in 3 by an old Holyfield, 5 to stop a Brazilian bin man that was stoppped in 2 by Whyte yada yada yada.
Fury has stopped 70% of his opponents with Haye over 80% and probably has a higher standard of opponent.
Im not saying Fury gets beat by anyone Haye has fought or that Haye beats Fury, or even that Haye hits harder than Fury, but his style is more explosive and generally means he will iron guys out quicker than Fury who generally fights more conservative, behind his jab from distance.

Yea Ive been saying that for ages about Wilders power. Fighting puddings makes him look a better puncher then he is. Obviously he hits hard but when he steps up I dont think hell be stopping guys as easily.
If Joshua or Haye were fighting the opponents Wilder is Id say theyd have stopped every single one. Fury would at least match Wilder in my opinion.
