Good man! You have a Nutribullet! You can make some really great, healthy smoothies with that beast. A genius piece of equipment if ever there was one.
-
Re: Foods that are your "downfall"/you cannot resist
then you need an ~ASS~ 'bullet' to shit-out all that caramel.
recipe for ~ass~ "bullet" per Bill Paxtom:
1/2 bunch spinach;
2 celery stalks;
clam broth;
Irish Spring (just a few thin shavings)---
juice it up, unclogs the pipes MO! MO! MO! MOHAHAHAHAAAAAAAA KA KA KA KA

Re: Foods that are your "downfall"/you cannot resist
Curry, I swear to god I could eat the stuff every day
also anything savory, crisps, scotch eggs, stuff like that
luckily because I'm a tight bastard I can't afford to eat curry every day and I'm too much of a tight arse to spend money on snacks...I very rarely have pop or squash at home, its tea, coffee, water or alcohol for me
I'm still a fat orrible bastard though

I give it an 8 out of 10. Better than any blender lve seen. It does leave a little pulp. I don't drink it, so I use a strainer. Maybe 3% waste left....
I have definitely cut my soda pop intake by at least 75%. (Mountain Dew) the worst.
My favorite so far is blueberries, black berries, grapes an Apple (red) and a bit of kale & spinach. It's pretty good.
That machine does work!!!!!

Re: Foods that are your "downfall"/you cannot resist
We have this electric mixer cutter thing, a wand, works fine we dont mind the pulp. we have old metal milkshake cups we use to mix Or if we goig out for the day I sometimes put lactose free skinny milk into a jar a banana and whatever frozen or raw berries I want and just go for it on with the lid and off. Other times chopped fruit and veg in an organic fruit juice base. They are as cheap as about 25 bucks,they do the trick,pulp and fiber wont hurt you.

I want to get the Ninja and make fruit smoothies as I am short of my 5 a day in take.
I love crisps especially Pringles, Cheese Crust Pizza, chocolate puddings, chips and coco cola. If I did not train I would be dead from heart disease.

Re: Foods that are your "downfall"/you cannot resist

We had a strawberry fest here a month ago and bought enough to fill cooler. Added some almond milk, mango and banana and had endless Sunday a.m smoothies. Never used a wand, sounds like it leaves more chunky? Everything above should be made into ice cream btw. And not that sherbert shit ;D.

Re: Foods that are your "downfall"/you cannot resist
I don't really have trouble resisting junk food and I find ingest-able vices that inebriate you are far more tempting. Saying that though, Peanut butter! I eat it with apples and celery pretty much every day, but I can finish a whole jar if I don't stop myself, don't know what it is.
Also for you smoothie makers, add some kind of fat or protein to it or you likely aren't really doing yourself the wonders you think you are:p A good full fat yogurt, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, chia, something like that, bitches!

That is a lot of sugar yeh, banana mango etc ;D. I go from everything to throwing in whey, almonds to ginseng and ginger root sometimes. It's a blender so sometimes shit just gets tossed in

You guys are having great choices here. I'm loving the thread.

Re: Foods that are your "downfall"/you cannot resist
I'm probably most indulgent with Frech Fancies and Cadbury Cream eggs.
Also love clotted cream and jam scones.
Bakewell tarts for some reason.
Peperami is a bit of a problem too.

OK. Only reason I thought that was because from the time I spent in Guyana which was obviously formerly British Guiana and the times I entered so many different Jamaican grocery stores in New Jersey and New York I always see the Bakewell brand which makes sense since they are or were part of the Commonwealth after they split from the UK
