I am thinking of getting the Nutri Ninja 900W Nutritional Blender £70 want to use it 5 times a week and stay healthy.
What have you lot got?
Teeth
Nutribullet.
Recipe:
Banana
Cup of berries
spoon of chia seeds
Spoon of coconut
Handful of raw almonds
3 spoons of greek yogurt
Cup of milk.
Plenty of energy and nutrients in that. Give up bread completely.
Any more recipes?
Ice, banana and milk with a touch of sugar. Delicious.
I have a nutribullet as well, it's really useful for cooking and stuff too.
My favourite smoothie is
1 whole loaf of white bread
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of food coloring
1 cup of ice cubes made from strong beer
1 cup of aspartame
2 tablespoons of salt
3 tablespoons of tobacco
I usually have it as a hangover tonic.
Gandalf said give up the bread?
Gandalf couldn't carry my jockstrap.
Nutribullet

That is the beauty of these nutra bullets and ninja, there is no mess.
That is why smoothies are more popular than ever.
Those juicers take ages to clean and no one wants to use them again.
True that. My wife, bless her heart, makes us a juice every morning. I used to balk at the idea of drinking anything with vegetables in it..... but part of getting older ;D is accepting ideas you weren't as receptive toward before.
Like @walrus who in his old age has been experimenting outside Barclay's Center in the alleys "por atras". BWAAAHAHAHA
