Marciano was just lucky that he came along at the right time. If he was born ten years earlier he would been destroyed by a prime Joe Louis and if he was born ten years later he would have been outclassed by a Cassius Clay or KOTFO by Sonny Liston
Also why did he retire at 32 ? He could have stayed on a bit longer and fought a Floyd Paterson or a Ingemar Johansson. Archie Moore fought in his forties. That's not that bigger of a deal today, but in the 1960's that's practically ancient.
I've always said about Marciano. I think he was at one extreme or another. Either he was an outstanding fighter, one of the best ever. Or he was just an OK fighter who came along at the right time. Not mention that the mafia ran boxing in the 50's. so how many of his fights were legit ?

Secondly there is not a place on this planet that is not dominated by white supremacy. That's like the warden of a prison saying "If you don't like it here. Move to another cell"
Thirdly my grandfather and great grand father fought in WW1 and WW2 for the UK and my family goes back 300 years (On my dads side) in Liverpool (and that's only as far as the local history books would take us, so maybe even further)
So technically speaking my lineage has been here longer than many white brits.
And by the way, just to give you an example of white solidarity. The white UK and USA soldiers still allowed the German POW's who they were at war with, to eat and hang out them, but the black soldiers who they were on their same side not to. A common white skin tone allowed all within the white group to become convinced, if they were not already, of their common bond with others of the white skin tone.

Prison is not the place to be if you have substance misuse, mental health and financial issues. Just another burden on the tax payer but mostly they will not rehabilitate in prison.

Thirdly my grandfather and great grand father fought in WW1 and WW2 for the UK and my family goes back 300 years (On my dads side) in Liverpool (and that's only as far as the local history books would take us, so maybe even further)
So technically speaking my lineage has been here longer than many white brits.
And by the way, just to give you an example of white solidarity. The white UK and USA soldiers still allowed the German POW's who they were at war with, to eat and hang out them, but the black soldiers who they were on their same side not to. A common white skin tone allowed all within the white group to become convinced, if they were not already, of their common bond with others of the white skin tone.

You should fill those 1 million Allied soldiers of Jewish faith and the millions exterminated by the Germans about that whole benefiting from "same skin tone" thing. I don't think they received the memo. The Military was segregated just as the nation and at times saw the same hate in and out of the forces. But there was no sharing meals or hanging out even if wanted and until very late zero mixed units or blacks even in direct combat roles until Bastogne with tanker units in Pattons spearhead, where high overdue acknowledgment and respect followed. I'm sure the occasional German prisoner enjoyed a smoke every now and then but shit the Allied forces were a meatloaf of "skin tones" and Nationalities fighting the worlds biggest racist after all. FFS why do we need more division than that.
