Re: My bretheren info on suv
Honda CRV, Toyota 4Runner those are what I have driven and I like them both. My next vehicle is likely to be a truck, I don't need anything lifted or all rednecked out but just a good old fashioned truck.

Interesting you say that, I was just looking at a 13 Honda. Nice low miles but very basic not even power seats. Those things aren't a big requirement but for 15,000 I thought it was a bit too basic.

Yes a family car. It is not 4 wheel drive as I do not drive on mud and mountains.
Re: My bretheren info on suv
Why do you need such a big car, Walrus?

@greynotsoold. I'm hearing ban things about newer jeep reliability ability
Re: My bretheren info on suv
For reliability go Japanese or German. Not sure how much they are Stateside but how about a Bmw X5? I've had 3 and can't fault them.
Re: My bretheren info on suv
I was looking at an x5 what year did u have
Re: My bretheren info on suv
It's disappointing I saw a nice x5 with nice features but Edmonds gives them a car to avoid rating. German cars are expensive to repair but that's not my major concern I can do much myself I just don't want something that will give me a lot of multiple repairs
Re: My bretheren info on suv
someone mention earlier, the honda crv it's an excellent car. you also have the ML benz, bmw x5/x3 the new Seat suv loos great to and a quality car. seat is using same parts as the newer vw. is also a great car "seat Ateca"

I don't know about the smaller models but I know several people with Grand Cherokees. Electrical problems that affect the windows, but they run well.Have you looked into the Subaru Outback or Forrester? They are very popular here.
Yes I've heard Subaru is very solid. I'm also starting to focus on Nissan marano which is highly praised. It's such a crap shoot with a used car. I appreciate your input @greynotsoold
