What time?
Got it box nation round 1 very slow pace.
Cornish lands decent uppercut in the 2nd and right but has a cut on his eye.
I've not actually watched it myself, I watched a film called 'Geralds Game' on Netflix, cracking film I'd highly recommend it, one scene is fucking unbelievable.
Just put this on in round 3
Wasn't Cornish quite highly thought of a while back, I remember he was supposed to be AJ's first challenge...that is before he got sparked out in about 30 seconds
Cornish winning 3rd with jab
Cornish wins 4th with decent jab again.
How did Cornish get the cut? heads or punch?
Exciting 5th round both landing heavy damaging blows.
enjoyable round that was
Cornish is in a bit of a mess ain't he, leaking claret from his nose now, cut about the left eye
Grueling 7th both battering each other. 4 - 3 Cornish for me.
Messy 8th round, low quality and output.
Sexton hurt Cornish with right hands and he was holding because he was hurt.
Too many rabbit punches and clinches. Ugly fight now. Ref telling them to tidy it up.
Cornish kneed Sexton? Dirty move.
Sexton winning 11th but not easy to score.
Cornish wins 12th round i give it a draw. Both tired at the end. I have it a draw. 6 a peice.
Sexton gets the decision. Horrible and scrappy fight.
Horrible and scrappy fight but I love having fights like that on TV on a Friday night, its nice to see fights like this getting a little bit of exposure, you can see how much it meant to Sexton.
I'd much rather watch that instead of Googlebox or whatever is on TV on a Friday night these days
Bums
Which is why it is on tv on a Friday night in a small venue with next to no promotion.
It hasn't been marketed as a big high class fight so I don't see what's to be gained through a pathetic post like that, you don't like it don't watch it, sit back and watch the big name fights.
As a boxing fan I'm grateful for fights like these and I like to keep up to date with the domestic scene, if you are only interested in fighters who have the sky media machine behind them that's fair enough.
