Will Pakistan and India go to war?

The smouldering conflict escalated on Tuesday, when the Indian military launched an air strike, claiming it bombed out terrorist camps on a Pakistani-controlled area of Kashmir to avenge an earlier suicide blast that had killed 42 paramilitary troopers. Islamabad then announced that it downed two Indian aircraft and captured one pilot. On Wednesday, India in turn claimed that it shot down a Pakistani fighter jet and lost one of its own aircraft while repelling an attack.

Yes. India has a very large and powerful military now, and both countries have nuclear weapons.

China is Pakistan's ally, partly because China and India have also had a long-time border dispute.

So while we have two nuke countries with radicals on both sides but the US news cycle is currently dominated by Cohen things are looking a bit frightening in India and Pakistan

Now I haven’t been following it as close as I like, Kashmir has always been a hot spot but it seems a little more intense at the moment.

@Master don’t mean to stick you out but are you talking to any friends you have in India, is this a little more intense than some of these conflicts pop up

True but India is weary of Pakistan due to its influence on Afghanistan which borders China and China has been busy locking up Muslims in the Xi jiang province which borders Afghanistan. Xi jiang has a separatist movement to break away to a Muslim rebublic but China ain’t feeling that shit

Tensions are high. I doubt there will be an all-out war, but it would be naive to believe it's not possible.
