Hardly been the most entertaining of cards has it, first fight was alright but nothing great, gotta be honest I ended up online looking for some really nasty orrible porn during the Catterall fight so I didn't see much of it

Re: Daniel Dubois vs Richard Lartey 27/4/19 BT Sports
Richards fighting too cautiously and loses the first round against Langford

Re: Daniel Dubois vs Richard Lartey 27/4/19 BT Sports
Richards letting his hands go now in the 3rd round and landed some good hard jabs and one left cross from his southpaw stance.
2 - 1 Richards

Re: Daniel Dubois vs Richard Lartey 27/4/19 BT Sports
Richards winning 4th but back to his counter punching and defensive shell.

Re: Daniel Dubois vs Richard Lartey 27/4/19 BT Sports
Richards is negative and not inspiring yo watch but wins the 5th round against the limited Langford.

Re: Daniel Dubois vs Richard Lartey 27/4/19 BT Sports
Richards looks like a bumblebee
-
Re: Daniel Dubois vs Richard Lartey 27/4/19 BT Sports
As Langford tries to fight more aggressively he is getting easily countered by Richards now.

Re: Daniel Dubois vs Richard Lartey 27/4/19 BT Sports
Shit fights, old Daniel 'Dubious' Dubois will most likely be shite as well, looking forward to getting them finished so I can put Sekiro on my PS4 for an hour or two

They said Dubois will fight Joyce later in the year. Joyce is in the crowd and the fight should be on in about 30 minutes.

Re: Daniel Dubois vs Richard Lartey 27/4/19 BT Sports
27 years old lol, he looks old enough to be Ortiz' younger brother which would put him at about 47
-
Re: Daniel Dubois vs Richard Lartey 27/4/19 BT Sports
Dubois starts fast against Lartey who has a strangely coloured beard but calms down and gets to work in the first round.
1 nil Dubois
-
Re: Daniel Dubois vs Richard Lartey 27/4/19 BT Sports
Lartey takes a low blow, doesn't quit
-
Re: Daniel Dubois vs Richard Lartey 27/4/19 BT Sports
Dubois landing hurtful punches against Lartey including a low blow but he carries on. I think Lartey landed a hurtful right hand in the 2nd round but Dubois came back with a right of his own and wins the 2nd round
2 nil Dubois
-
Re: Daniel Dubois vs Richard Lartey 27/4/19 BT Sports
Messy 3rd round from Lartey after getting hurt with a uppercut in the 3rd round and then both started swinging at each other in an exciting exchange.
Dubois wins round 3 but do not see this go the distance.
3 nil Dubois
-
Re: Daniel Dubois vs Richard Lartey 27/4/19 BT Sports
Dubois ends it with a beautiful left hook in the 4th round knocking out Lartey.
-
Re: Daniel Dubois vs Richard Lartey 27/4/19 BT Sports
Just listening to Dubois and Joyce post fight. Fuck me, if brains were dynamite, these 2 wouldn’t have enough to blow their fucking noses!
-
Re: Daniel Dubois vs Richard Lartey 27/4/19 BT Sports
I thought Joyce would beat Dubois but now I am not so sure.

Don’t want to sound pedantic, but that’s not really the case. The winner ain’t gonna win because you like him more.
Joyce is probably more experienced, bigger , stronger and more powerful, and I think he probably wins.
But to be honest with you, neither are anywhere near good enough to step up to the next level.

If the next level is Chisora and Takem then both can compete easily enough.

That’s not the next level. That’s the same level. Chisora didn’t want to fight Joyce 2 years ago.

That was because Chisora, rightly or wrongly, thought Joyce was beneath him.

Nearly but not quite. It’s because Chisora thought LOSING to Joyce was beneath him. He took less money to lose to Kayabel (euro champ.) he could get away with that, but not with losing to Joyce. That would’ve been game over.
