Benn (14-0, 9 KOs) follows in the footsteps of his father Nigel, a former two-weight World champion, who headlined against Robbie Sims at the famous East London venue back in 1991, and ‘The Destroyer’ is promising to deliver another explosive performance when he meets the 24-6-1 Fin over ten rounds.

Bermondsey Super-Welterweight Ted Cheeseman (15-1, 9 KOs) returns to make the first defence of his British title against Kieron Conway after suffering a tough first career loss to European champion Sergio Garcia earlier in the year. ‘The Big Cheese’ is determined to bounce back with a win as he eyes a huge domestic showdown with Preston’s Scott Fitzgerald.

Seems like Benn has been pro longer/is older than he is, maybe thats just because he is on so many UK cards. I dont personally think he has much chance of being world class, but he doesnt seem like the lazy entitled type and it would be hard being a fighter in his position trying to work his way up properly. Cheeseman and Eggington still has to happen.

I am afraid the only thing he has in common with his dad is his surname.!
Benn Jr is not title material maybe about British lower level at best.
Definitely living off the Benn name harsh I know but he's no world beater.

Cheeseman v Conway on now.

Slow first round but got better near the end. Cheeseman throwing bombs but Conway boxing smart. Give Cheeseman the first round.

Close rounds but Conway boxing smartly to win the second round. Cheeseman missing a lot.

These could be anyone's round dependent on who you prefer the aggressive Cheeseman or the good boxing on Conway in the 3rd I go with Conway.

2-1 Conway

Cheeseman targeting the body in the 4th round and slowing down Conway. Good round for him.

2-2

Conway back to his boxing and wins the 5th round and Cheeseman missed too many punches.

3-2 Conway.

Tough 6th round and I give it to Conway who is countering well. I could be way off with the scoring but I prefer Conway's work.

4-2 Conway

Cheeseman lands some good bombs in the 7th knocking Conway's head back.

4-3 Conway

Cheeseman turning the fight his way in the 8th he is the stronger fighter.

4 all

This is getting very intense now in the 9th and think Cheeseman is turning the fight his way with his pressure.

5-4 Cheeseman

This is ending up a war of attrition now which I think Cheeseman is now winning.

6-4 Cheeseman

Conway is too weak and tired now to throw effective punches now and Cheeseman winning with good aggression.

7-4

Both gave it there all in the last round which I give to Conway just.

7-5 Cheeseman.

The fight is a split draw.

Otha Jones the 3rd making his British debut and looking exceptional to win in the first round. Very talented young 19 year old fighter from USA.

Benn v Koivula coming on now

Koivula roughing and beating up Benn with ease in the first round. Connor Benn is looking at his first loss if it carries on like this. Getting totally outclassed.

Just like his dad Benn turns the fight around with a big left hook and stops Koivula in the 2nd round with 2 knock downs and ref stopping it.
