Oh for fucks sake ???. Meanwhile Wilder rematches a twice banned and once already defeated :-X.
2 banned substances I'm hearing
Why the fuck would he risk everything after coming so far?
Doesn't add up this.
Now Ruiz is saying he won't fight in the UK as he'll be "set up"
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/bo...iled-test.html
Might be something trivial like wacky baccy, The Board and Hearn and Whyte and SKY and everyone knew the score yet went ahead with it.
It's criminal if this is true!
Wilder has just torn Whyte to shreds in a recent statement.
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/bo...ubstances.html
6 month ban and back in the ring
We already knew Whyte was a baby back bilch and a cheat, this is not new information. The story here is that UKAD allowed him to cheat, allowed the fight to go on knowing he cheated, and did not inform his opponent! They should be punished for crimes the same as Whyte. And if what they did is not currently a crime then laws should be changed.
Yeesh. Any word on what the substances were? If it was legit PEDs, everyone knew about it beforehand, but nobody told Rivas, it seems to me like that should be the most cut and dry civil suit(at the absolute least) you could dream up... yet you can bet the absolute minimum is done about it. Boxing is such a shitty sport really.
Addendum to my previous rant-if it is something recreational we shouldn’t even be hearing about it.
Whyte vs Miller coming soon :vd:
Would be a good fight actually bar the PEDs
Interesting piece. I couldn’t make it through it because Hauser is so damned ignorant about how PEDs are caught “the drugs are out of your system in 24 hours”, that doesn’t matter, you can still catch them you dolt!

This is all ridiculous. Whyte is crying all the time and then cheats
Whytes career looks to be over
BoxingScene has now confirmed that the substances were epimethandienone and hydroxymethandienone, two metabolites of the banned drug Dianabol.
A metabolite is a byproduct of the body breaking down or metabolizing a drug into a different substance. When a drug is leaving the user's system, it leaves these intermediate end products.
Dianabol is an anabolic steroid that is taken orally (often in tablet form). It was developed in 1955 to treat hypogonadism but is no longer used medically and is no longer legally available in many countries, including the United States. It can still be purchased in the United Kingdom and is often used as a performance enhancing drug (particularly by bodybuilders). Among its many side effects, it can cause serious liver damage.
The amount of epimethandienone and hydroxymethandienone found in Whyte's "A" sample was very small. It could have been ingested as part of a supplement rather than the direct ingestion of Dianabol tablets. But the WADA standard for epimethandienone and hydroxymethandienone is qualitative, not quantitative. In order words, any amount of epimethandienone or hydroxymethandienone in an athlete's system is a violation of the WADA code.

Now we’ll probably have to listen to him cry about how he should be allowed to cheat, no worse than his BS argument that the WBC was mistreating him over the 4 days he was a mandatory
Sports need to be tough on punishment. Tragedy will need to occur before the problem is taken seriously
Odd how the fight was allowed to go ahead despite the drug test fail.
Silence from Whyte and Hearn telling too.
What a sham that this was allowed to go ahead if a “commission” knew about a positive test for roids beforehand. That would never happen in fucking tennis, but in blood sport, yeah no biggie. Rivas should sue the UKAD if they knew about it, what possible defence could be presented? Joke.
Really is a new low, though it's probably not the first time, that failed result was known prior and fighter and promoter withheld it from opponent and everyone else concerned. Who exactly is responsible for sitting on that info and when do they face charges? Whyte should be dropped from rankings banned and decision void. Irony, Hearn finally stops talking for once.
Interesting points raised by Hearn.
Whyte paid for VADA testing out of his own pocket - around £40k.
The panel were presented with the facts about these "substances" and saw fit to let the fight go ahead.
Either a criminal act has been committed or Whyte had something non performance enhancing in his system.
I'd be amazed if the BBBOC allowed him to fight knowing he had PEDS in his system.
We must remember drugs are prevalent in all sports cheats are clever but as time go.
The testing is getting better but they will always be playing catch-up.
Every body is looking for a edge so many will take a chance weather it be boxing rugby etc what can be done not a clue.
Whyte is just one of many others will come to light we can ban them but as they have made millions out of cheating do they really care.!
What makes this worse is that any time a fighter does a lot of bellyaching about "not being given opportunities".... "being shunned for one reason or another"...... "being ducked by X of Y opponent"..... and whatnot..... it just makes it twice as bad when you then get caught with illegal stuff in your system.
I mean WTF?
The thing is, Hearn is no mug and I find my intelligence being insulted by the fact that he is playing it as coy as he is. He knows all the potential outcomes, in light of any number of potential banana skins. He knew that if a fighter tests positive, the fight could still go ahead but imagine Rivas testing positive and Eddie not telling Dillian. You can't, because it would never happen!
Thing is this isn't about throwing, running, kicking a ball further or faster.
The aim of the game is to punch fuck out of the other guys head and body, the harder and more frequently you can do that the more damage your gonna do.
A Heavyweight boxer around 6 and a half feet and 17-18 stone upwards who's trained to fight is dangerous enough, stick PEDS into him and the damage he can do increases loads.
Everybody relax. Dillian has cleared this all up on Twatter ;D

Fuckers need to stop taking pills end of.
Either Whyte is an out and out cheat or a dumb fuck
Why don't people stop taking pills and go Dempsey old school. Eat meat, eat bright veg, drink lots of juice, train your arse off and win
Stop taking tablets you don't know whats in em you dozy cunts! (if indeed he does plead the "i only took a muti vit ..honest guv!" line)
"UKAD do not sanction boxers for PED breaches until the full adjudication process is complete, including B sample testing, and subsequent hearings by the NADP – National Anti-Doping Panel.
This meant that the BBBofC had little option but to allow him to fight"
From talksport - not sure if thats true or not but if it is..its absolutel fucking bullshit and the rules need to be changed
The same thing happened to the Fury's. Got pinged, said no, no, no I aint done nuffink honest, we want to appeal. They said fine, keep boxing until this is resolved. Then people got all silly saying UKAD were stopping Tyson from fighting ;D
Horrendous yes, but Ortiz has failed 2 tests if my memory serves me right, I've had a fair few beers so I could be wrong g but I'm sure he's been done twice and he didn't get a.fucking 8 year ban.
Now don't get me wrong as far as I'm concerned the second that you test positive you should be banned but at the same time everything is so convoluted it is unreal.
And have you seen the length of the list of shit you shit allowed to take from VADA to UKAD it's as long as your arm and they are both different it would be easy to make a mistake.
At the same time if I was next in line for the HW belts I'd be phoning some dude up to say 'I've got a snotty nose can I take this brand of hayfever tablet? And then I'm going for a toby carvery, is the steak alright'
No excuses but you can see how mistakes are made.
Oh absolutely. I think the major issues are there's no universal sanctioning body for boxing, there are sanctioning bodies AND there's athletic commissions and how all this works together which groups you use for testing when the tests are how the tests are it's all a fucking mess and nobody understand it. I don't know when VADA is used vs WADA I don't know the difference between them other than the name. I don't know how or if their tests differ. I don't know if they are corrupt themselves(which is a possibility). I don't know if they are ever hindered or if they hinder a fighter one way or another because you never know.
It's too naive to think everyone is on the up and up and it's too cynical to think everyone is cheating all the time.
Boxing is just another sport people cheat in, it happens.
The whole situation is a mess :-\ egg could be on a lot of faces :-X
WADA doesn’t test anyone, they oversee. WADA uses USADA in the USA, UKAD in the UK, RUSADA in Russia etcetera to do the testing. WADA just decides the rules and enforces them.
VADA is a Private testing organization that determines how they think best to test different athletes in different circumstances. They rightfully believe you can’t have “seasons” where it’s your “offseason” so you dope up and train then come off to compete with the advantage. The problem with VADA is they still work according to the company that hires them so it confuses people. Like the WBC pays them 40$ per fighter per month for the fighters that are in the WBCs clean testing program. And fans think they are in VADA testing. They aren’t, VADA testing costs 10s of thousands of dollars. Dillian Whyte for instance paid them 40k. WBCs clean testing program performed by VADA is not VADA testing.
The ways they obfuscate to allow cheaters to continue to cheat and everyone profits are disturbing.
Fight Miller in Mexico. Bill it as "The Drug Wars."
This is sickening.
The only ones not cheating are AJ and Wilder.
How long was Tyson Fury/Hughie Fury ban or should we forget that because of the mental health issue?
52 year old Ortiz is another drug cheat but Wilder still wants to fight him again?!
AJ is actually the only one not fighting weak competition and putting it on the line..I still feel Fury is the top dog of the division but he has cheated in the past already?!
