Homecoming for Plant fighting his mandatory 168 defense tonight. Know absolutely nothing about a 31-2 (28 ) Feigenbutz :cwm13: other than it's a loooong way from Germany to Nashville TN. Plant is a quality technician with a helluva good story, hope big things are ahead as well as some bigger names across the ring.
Austin Dulay 13-1 stepping it up v Diego Magdaleno. Not sure what Diego has left as he was already on the slide before Teofimo wrecked him badly a year ago. Oh good it's Jack Reiss, pretty sure he'll make it a point to get his camera time too :-X
Did Dulay know he was a southpaw? Decent first for Magdaleno landing decent straight lefts and speed on the right. Dulay just sizing it up.
First big shots from Dulay a good left to body and long left over the top lands clean. Dulay settling in, good mix of defense and solid combo at rounds end.
Both opening up early 3rd. Dulay pushed to ropes and catches a low blow. That's a big crowd in Tennessee. Shifty left uppercut catches Diego coming in, straight left lands from Magdaleno. 2-1 Dulay
Magdaleno starting with the sketchy stuff belt line shots and chicken winging him with the elbow. Solid work round in 4th for Dulay but Diego closes strong at the bell with left-right.
Oh crap Bones Adams training. When you know you're old ;D. Remember watching him at 17 fight Canizales with a broken jaw.
Magdaleno looking to close and rally in 5th and Dulay watching his own work a bit. Double right hook lands clean for Diego along ropes and Dulay doesn't answer. Dang wide left lands on hip of Dulay and he flops down?! Need a replay ref giving him 5 but no point taken. Best round for Magdaleno, 3-2 all the sudden.
Ok that was below belt off to the side. Considering he's been warned 3 times already lucky no -1
Dulay needs to find some urgency. Really watching and waiting around beginning 6th. Nice left hand gets in and rolls out from Dulay. Magdaleno bulls in and rips off both hands and strong to body. Dulay looking flinchy and bothered but gets in nice left upper. Hustle and combos of Diego vs the one at a time pot shots. 4-2 Diego
Ohhh big right to body drops Dulay and he's up but hurt. Ref counts for KD and Reiss breaks them and warns for LB
Ah what the hell?! Dulay down again and ref calls low blow and now takes a point. Replay looked on the belt but he was just down legit. Diego bulling back in as it resumes and right back to body work. Dulay clearly badly hurt here and near bent over.
5-2 Magdaleno and Dulay out in 8th again staring at him. Diego all over him, headbutt and ref checks him.
Feels like Magdaleno consciously focusing only upstairs, less active half 8th but more volume and more effect. Dulay needs to go all in and light a fire in his arse these last two rounds. 6-2 Magdaleno
Dulay feels another shot to the body and doesn't wear it well. Gets in left but Magdaleno going in with both hands again. Dulay trying to pick his counter but still one at a time and going backwards. Combo from Magdaleno going to ropes and Dulay looks to ref. Good shot from Dulay but nowhere near enough.
Good scrap this one. Dulay needs a KO. Zero idea what Dulay is thinking acting as the observer.
Very solid exchange to end it by both. Diego pumped and Dulay slumping back to corner feeling the body work. Hope the judges are sober tonight, this may be interesting on the cards. Gave Dulay 10th. 96-92 at end for Magdaleno

Bryant Perrella v Abel Ramos into the 4th of a scheduled 10 rounds. In and out of it but looks like Perrella in control.
Ramos gets two KDs at very end of 10th and final round in apparent massive come from behind win! Jack Reiss took a look when Perrella got to his feet and waved it off.
stopped it with literally 1 second left in the fight. Be interested to see what scores were. Ref tells him to 'walk over there' and then come back. Bryant stumbled and waved it.
Random question why did Tyson take so long to get to the Lennox fight. Cannot remember how long suspension was after Holyfield bite but was he suspended after Orlin Norris foul or smoking a joint in Golota NC too???

Feigenbutz looks pretty unfazed by the crowd which has definitely turned out

Plant really is a sharp type puncher when he commits to it. Wobbles Feigenbutz and sends him back. Dude is pushing his punches already and can't see this lasting
Plant ripping off 4,5 punch combos. Not all clean but Feigenbutz has closed down shop, he's rocked again! Oh and the chants of USA start :D.
Really is time for 168 to sort it's shat out, no reason Plant Benavidez Smith and company can't make big things happen.
All Plant over 4. Feigenbutz staying in tough but it's a total paint job. Matter of Caleb deciding when to go all in
Feigenbutz trying to turn it up start of 6th and gets Plant on ropes roughing him up. Taunts Plant and gets it back. Better round for Feigenbutz and Plant steadies over the last minute. Feigenbutz needs much more of that. Make it up close and ugly
Plant back in 7th. Does this pattern thing where he lowers head off to right when going back. Feigenbutz has warmed to it actually getting his own jab to body in but being outclassed. Nice uppercut clips Feigenbutz to end 8th.
Plant rakes him over to start 9th and jars him with short upper-jab. Nose busting up and Plant rips of another 4 punch combo to back him up. His right eye is fooked too. Time for corner to start thinking about his tomorrows maybe.
They should pull him out. Head is being cranked around like a piñata at a kids birthday party. good stoppage by ref there
plant looked good but needs to step it up. i like the david b fight. nice comeback from ramos. i can see that result being overturned or an immediate rematch ordered
