Which Current HW Would You Side With in a Street Fight?
Wilder, Fury, Joshua, Ruiz?
I'd go Ruiz 1st, Wilder 2nd, Not sure where to rank AJ & Fury.
In the ring- as prized fighters AJ & Fury are clearly heads n shoulders above the rest. Fury is really a nifty boxer.
Even as big as Fury is, just cant see him beating up a single top tier MMA artist. Not sure if he could win many backyard brawls- I think the cop that whooped Kimbo's behind would've been tough enough to take Fury's shots.
Ruiz is mas macho, can fight inside and out, proven he can rise from a pretty good shot. Wilder is 2nd because with him he just looks intimidating and in the streets that can scare away the pretenders. And with that one-hitter quitter? AJ looks strong and he is, but a man who wins his belt back by sticking to boxing...only works in the ring. In a street fight...whats he gonna do, back track several city blocks till he finds an opening?

Fury is from a long line of Gypsy bare knuckle fighters, anything goes like biting eye gouging etc. in fact Fury's dad John was put inside for a stretch for eye gouging.
But also Ruiz has the whiskers to take a great punch.
Wilder would be exhausted from his attire.
Joshua would be too busy reading poetry.

I'd say Ruiz for the exact same reasons you just posted. Yeah.... Wilder second. The guy's crazy enough to intimidate most mere mortals. I'd put Fury 3rd and Joshua a distant 4th.

Anything does not go in a straight bare knuckle fight. No biting or eye gouging. That might happen in a scrap but not in an arranged straight bare knuckle fight.

I'd still take Arreola, Chisora and a Takam over all those divas. Fury may be good to have to talk the crowd around, maybe break into a drunken lullaby to get them distracted and the other three can come from behind and start wrapping trash cans around heads. Any chance we can get a 60 year old Mercer out of the retirement home???.

You have them ranked just like I do, but I put AJ ahead of Fury. But don't count Fury out however, I feel the gypsy in him and English bravado will come out. lolol.....

It's gone very quiet here nowadays.
All I did was put everyone on 'Ignore' and now I have fallen out with X. The horrible Pms he sends have to be seen to be beloved. I feel so alone

Because when you get punched by a fat bloke it hurts, even if he doesn't really know how to throw a punch. And Ruiz knows how to throw an awful lof punches in a row. I think until he ran out of puff, he could more than hold his own. After saying that my stepdad was about 12 stone wet and he was a right scary bastard. Ex Marine who would fight anyone because he was seemingly invulnerable to being punched in the head. Probably because he did not have a brain.

I'd say he was lucky in landing the fight- right place right time.
No luck in his rising from AJ's well placed shot. That was his ability to take a shot from a champ who knows how to throw -then he'd hardly get dented by a tough guy winding haymakers.
Fury rose, survived, shook it off, Wilder rose then froze, whereas Andy Ruiz rose and started throwing bulls eyes. That's the dude I think can transcend his game from prize fighter to street fighter.
Fury is no street fighter, neither is AJ. They can clown any tough guy, MMA guy -with prized fighting rules.
Take those rules out, put em in an alley. I got Wilder to by one crushing blow- But if he misses- I can't say there isn't a club fighter or alley banger that can't clip him.
With Ruiz, I got the package deal; prized fighter who can take em, givem- in sequence with pop.O0
