Re: roman chocolatiot gonzalez v juan el gallo francisco estrada three
On off on off and on. Hey I'll take it! These two have genuine history and always deliver. I dunno though, a tune up before Dec ???. He's been out for well over a year maybe that's exactly what Estrada needs for a final run at the top. Figure Bam Rodriquez will be watching close. What a way to cap the year!
and if dazn puts this as yet another ppv they can kiss my ass:-X
-
Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
i'd prefer chocolatito to focus on kazuto for the end of the year instead of el gallo but if the third fight comes together i'm watching

Good fight. The winner should fight BAM to see if they are still at the top of the division

el rey v mcwilliams rescheduled for the umpteenth time on this undercard

Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
Any early odds-on Martinez blowing weight ;D. I'm all in on this card. Honestly the fullest Dazn has presented imo since they began has been the spr fly territory. Chocolatito and Estrada will always be in gritty good scraps at this stage and the greybeard craft of Chocolatito remains.
guess I should have waited to cancel Dazn :p

Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
bam rodriguez quietly slipping out on one fifteen, vacating & moving to one twelve. is this fight now for the vacant belt?

Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
Bam and Nakatani going different directions is a shame and also seems to rule out winner of Chocolatito-Estrada III. Given the struggle Bam had last out though it could just be temp move to grab wbo belt. Bam vs Sunny Edwards anyone :-X.

bam rodriguez v showtime edwards or el rey martinez please, now that junto & bam are sliding past each other in different directions. bam will return to one fifteen in the future, hopefully there has been an undisputed champion crowned there when he decides to move back up. israel gonzalez gave team bam food for thought & i think they made the right decision to move down to flyweight for now

Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
i heard that this has now been confirmed for the vacant wbc belt, i also heard dazn are marketing the fight as for the franchise title, the ring & lineal championships are all that needs to be mentioned
-
Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
quick secondary thought, has chocolatito or el gallo ever fought for a vacant belt?
-
Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three

A lot of the top boxers do not allow footage to be taken and if there is they control who sees it.

Juan Francisco Estrada and Roman ‘Chocolatito’ Gonzalez will be going head-to-head with the vacant WBC World Super Flyweight title on the line in a huge boxing contest, but what is the UK Start Time of the event?
The fight card will be taking place from the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona, and is usually the case with cards based in the United States, it will be a very late one for fans in the United Kingdom to watch live.
Despite this being another late one for boxing fans, it should be an absolute barnburner of a card and definitely one staying up late for if you can!

Julio Cesar Martinez vs. Samuel Carmona; For Martinez’s WBC flyweight title
Joselito Velazquez vs. Cristofer Rosales, Flyweight

*old guy waving his fist on the lawn moment
We know if HBO was here this would be on a constant highest-level media loop. That natural build. You simply do not have these championship events with the (competitive) trilogies, history and p4p neighborhood anymore. Fantastic card all around. Going to enjoy just soaking this one up.

Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
With Juan Francisco Estrada and Roman 'Chocolatito' Gonzalez finally settling their trilogy Saturday night, live on DAZN , The DAZN Boxing Show's Akin Reyes tabs two explosive fight options that could await the winner.
If Chocolatito wins, two explosive fights for him would be:
Naoya Inoue
Even though Inoue is at bantamweight, I think 'Chocolatito' will have one more massive fight in him after the Estrada trilogy. They could meet halfway or maybe Inoue could come down, so 'Chocolatito' has some advantage because he’s giving up youth. Yes, Inoue is a "Monster" but 'Chocolatito' is a monster in his own right. I thought 'Chocolatito' won the second fight against Estrada. I thought it was a bad decision. I think he’s going to win Saturday night. I think he's looking for one more legacy fight and I think it’ll be against Inoue.

Jesse 'Bam' Rodriguez
We all know ‘Bam’ Rodriguez is on a rampage and that kid is special. He’s a pound-for-pound type of talent. So, if you come and disrupt that freight training that’s coming, automatically you’ll be considered a superstar in that division and you’ll put the entire boxing world on notice. Even casual fans are going to have to take notice if you beat a guy like ‘Bam.’ These are the two guys who can make you. Beating these guys will put Estrada on an entirely different level. He’ll break through to mainstream if he beats one of them.

Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
Any promoter talking Inoue fully unified and then waiting on Chocolatito to come up at this stage needs to be arrested ;D. Absolute respect to Gonzalez but this is his culmination of career greatness with Estrada III. Should he emerge with that W, you just have to know when that bridge is too far going forward no matter your legacy. Inoue has his own next division but if Fulton jumps ship who knows.

Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
I thought little chocolate man was robbed last time out, they've both aged a bit but apparently in the second fight more was thrown and landed so maybe they'll surprise again... I'm backing Roman though

Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
what a round that eighth was
-
Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
joselito v cristofer was very good. i have it a draw
-
Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
all three judges have cristofer winning by four points. there were lots of close rounds, i can't really argue with the scores
-
Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
Just caught last few rounds but looked like a solid fight. Pacheco should be pretty convincing here.
-
Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
diego pacheco v adrian luna. diego looks much bigger. first to diego
-
Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
i don't think this goes long
-
Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
adrian down three times in the second, ref was going to let it continue but corner calls for it to end
-
Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
Pacheco really crisp. Has that natural snap both head and body. Does get a little head high launching the uppercuts though. Be a fun watch going forward
-
Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
julio cesar martinez v samuel carmona. el rey came in at one eleven! i have the sniff of an upset here
-
Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
If boxing doesn't work out Carmona can be a great professional poker player, man knows he belongs in the room..but ring the bell :-X
-
Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
both guys landing in the first. gave it to samuel
-
Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
Really did think Carmona had a Dunkin Donuts sponsorship for a minute ;D. Concentrated 1st but he's playing a dangerous game walking to Martinez with earmuffs and nothing leading the way.
-
Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
Punch and slide off name of the game for Carmona in 2nd. All one at a time but clean and Martinez reacts. No idea where his gas tank is down the stretch to keep this mobility
-
Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
-
Re: Roman chocolatio gonzalez v Juan el gallo francisco estrada three
Like the substance of Martinez in 3rd. Carmona did not throw a single 1-2 or combination. Every punch was a single and then getting away by all means.
