Could be a good fight. For as long as it lasts. Thought Dogboe was torn to bits after Navarrete but he's clawed back and body attack still capable. Feels like this will be as hard as Robeisy wants to make it and he needs to tighten up a bit. Hope it actually happens.
If Robeisy Ramirez was American everyone would know who he is. This is a back to back Olympic gold medalist (Rio 2016 and London 2012) and in the Rio Olympics in the semi's he beat Murodjon Akhmadaliev (And Akhmadaliev is now the undefeated WBA and IBF super bantamweight champ of the world) And in the final he beat Shakur Stevenson (who needs no introduction)
And he beat both of them, well not easy, but there was no debate who was the better fight at the end.
Had he been American. He would have only went to one Olympics and signed for Top Rank or PBC. That would have meant he'd still have his "0" as he'd have got the decision in his pro debut. I think he'll get the Rigondeaux treatment and none of the big guns around his weight will want him (Haney, Tank, Shakur, Garcia, Gambosis, Lopez) they'll just age him out.
Nobody even mentions his name.
Robiesy is immensely talented
