If Winky beats Taylor, that would be 2 wins over Mosley, and one each over Tito and Taylor. Yeah, that should do it.

Definitely Lennox Lewis. But the post is about active fighters. So with that in mind, I dont give too much credit to Tarver for beating an over the hill Jones, a guy with 9 losses in Johnson, and possibly an over the hill Hopkins.

Personally... I think Gatti should be there. He is the dictionary definition of what boxing's fans want to see in their fighter. Ultimate respect for the sport and for his fans, and he shows it whenever he can, the best he can. And if he wins his next fight, he is the undisputed welterweight champ of the world... say what you would like about Baldomir. ;)
I think he is one of the more memorable fighters of this era... and so he should be remembered.
How about Mike Tyson? Don't think I saw him mentioned.
Boxing's Hall of Fame isn't like the NFL or Major League Baseball Hall of Fame. Virtually everyone get's in. Dwight Muhammad Qawi was 41-11-1 and he's in the hall of fame. Guys like Winky Wright, Antonio Tarver, and Arturo Gatti are already locks to get in.
Going by who's gotten into the hall fame already probably alot of people.
I think Gatti should be in it as well.
If Hatton beats PBF and wins a a few more big fights he will be a HOFer. PBF will be. Gatti should be. Calzaghe, Wright also.

Two absolute certainties that no one here has mentioned, Holyfield for sure, he hasn't fought in what about a year and a half. Which means he needs about 3.5 more years of inactivity, and Thomas Hearns if he ever stops fighting. He just fought a couple of month's ago so he has 5 years to go before he gets elected in.
