STILL THE GREATEST P4P, BETTER THEN FEDOR!!! :D :D :D
If Shogun could get healthy and cut back down to 205 I think he could beat Wanderlei but they probably wouldn't fight anyway cause they're on the same team, unless they were forced to in a tournament
silva is unstoppable when he is on
Just wait for Silva vs. Gomi in the open weight tournament.
ITS GONNA BE FUCKED
Silva got seriously fucked up by the explosive fists of Belfort when he was in his prime.
A severe beatdown> Silva didn't have a clue wtf hit him
I would go into how much better Fedor is than Silva, but Sal is the same guy who says Zab Judah is p4p #1
can't listen to him that much :)
Silva is a fuckin beast though
watch it in slo motion, only like 2 punches landed the rest were blocked and as he backed up silva hit the cage, the second he hit the floor mcarthy made a jay nady like stoppageQuote:

Yeah, but not with the best
Fedor and Crocop would slaughter Arlovski
you gotta see the slow motion close up angle, and to say that he didnt know where he was, he was immidiatley protesting to mcarthyQuote:

i dont think cro-cop has questionable anything but maybee submission skills
Didn't he get KO'd by Kevin Randleman?
Possibly, but he didnt get knocked out by Fedor, and he wasn't KO'd either time he fought Mark Hunt (once in K1 and once in Pride). There's not much questionable about his chin, other than the fact that he CAN be knocked out (which, quite literally, anyone can)
I seen Fedor out on his feet vs some fat japanese guy, just a wild punch that landed
of couse Fedor being Fedor, he held on, got his composure and nearly knocked the guy out with strikes then gave him one of the most aggressive rear naked chokes I've ever seen
i saw that fight, he looked beat for a few seconds, then he pulled a submission out of NOWHERE like only he can,
i think he may be better at pulling a submission out of nowhere then nogueira
you're right... as good as antonio is he doesn't combine technique with raw, untouched killer instinct
Fedor didn't even hesitate, the opening was there and within a split second he took it. Can't teach that shit, you got it or don't
Yeah, Fedor definitely has the killer instincts of a hungry pit bull, but as far as submisions, I still don't think he can compete with Nogueira. Although I do believe that Fedor is a much more complete fighter. Just my .02
nogueira is better at submissions, but he doesnt have the ablity to pull them out of nowhere like fedor, nogueira can surprise opponents with submissions but in no way like fedor whips it out of nowhere, he goes from having his face by an opponents feet to having an armbar or a choke on them with seemingly no movement to get to thier upper body
I'd like to see arlovski work more submissions..he is supposed to be a sambo stud, but he rarely works the submission angle
I seen him do a heel or leg lock on tim silvia( how ever you spell his last name) but idk if he taped or not.
just watched wanderlei silva vs crocop for the first time.
After watching that fight, i think silva could go against any fighter in the world.
I'd love to see him kick the crap out of some heavyweight boxer like Rahman, or Toney, it'd be a wicked fight.
P4P he is the best fighter ever!
before i watched silva v crocop, ppl were saying that silva was lucky to get a draw.
hmmmm
i totally disagree.
Silva at first was abit cautious standing with crocop but as the fight progressed passed the intense first round, silva was battering crocop in every position! Listen to the commentary of bas rutten lot, even they were surprised.
The Time limit rules were a bit different in this fight. 5 3 minute rounds,...intense, and if the fight was not finished, before the 5 rounds are up, then it will be classed as a draw, really silva won, even bas lot were saying that silva had more to gain from this fight than crocop!
It'll be great if silva challenges one of the boxers to a no holds barred fight, like calzaghe or a heavyweight! :lickish: ;D
can someone please post a link to the silva/crocop fight?
Thanks! O0
i downloaded it years ago, not sure where it could be found today ???
