Cintron Pounds Estrada, Judah Next?
Kermit "The Killer" Cintron (26-1, 24KOs) pounded his was to a 10th round TKO over the always tough David Estrada (18-3, 9KOs) to become the number 2 ranked welterweight on the IBF ladder.
he is looking to fight Judah next ;D
If PBF-Margarito came of and Judah-Cintron too, then what else can you ask for. Hatton is fighting around the same time as well so he's not available. Gatti-Baldomir is happening too. If these 6-7 guys end up fighting each other, then there's no reason to complain about boxing anymore (for a while).
Who would you guys back,Cintron or Judah and why?
Whats not to like about Kermit? I hope this fight happens and Zab gets the sh1t kicked outa him! ;D

Judah better stay away from those rights or it's all over. Cintron's biggest trait is his right hand (Starr and the like, don't try and compare PBF's right hand to Cintron's). If Judah can stay away from the right he could TKO Cintron. If Judah can act like a man and beat this guy legit, then I might consider being a Judah fan once again.
Cintron would get killed by Judah.

Look at Cintron and how many times Estrada hit him, Estrada had him on dream street a couple of times and had him hurt. Estrada with 9 knockouts!!!
Judah lands those same shots on Cintron and his low left hand after his jab. Cintron will be out of there in 6 rounds.
I don't know this is a tough one.....Cuz in order for it to happend Judah would still need to be around and since his disappearing from boxing for good it will never happen...But if I had to pick an outcome I would say the fight would end in a
DRAW!!!
You DO know that if Judah may fight the winner of Gatti Baldomir. How you gonna feel if Judah wins that fight and is back as Undisputed Champ? ;)

Let me tell you what will happen.
Baldomir will beat Gatti.
There will be a rematch between Judah and Baldomir.
Judah will win and becomes the "Ring" Champ again ;)
That is almost ensured.
Ok here's what is up in the air.
Your boy margarito could wind up not fighting Floyd.
Here's why.
Hatton can lose to Collazo.
So there goes Floyd's payday to fight Hatton to that "threat" he was.
I strongly doubt that margarito is going to stay inactive while Floyd is doing this and "waiting" for his hand to heal.
So he will fight.
But Floyd is "smart" so he would rather fight Collazo and then Judah again.
Your boy could be slighted.
You want Margarito to become somebody and fight them.
Answer me why Margarito is waiting for Floyd instead of calling out the winner of Gatti Collazo so that if he won Mayweather would HAVE to fight him. because waiting around will get him nowhere.

I kinda like Cintron and was rootin for him against Estrada. And I'm glad he redeemed himself some with that great stoppage win. But he is still one dimensional and pretty slow. Unless he somehow caught Judah comin in with a perfect straight right, he would be KO'd pretty quickly. We're talkin like in the first 2-4 rounds. Judah is fast as hell, and himself hits damn hard. Kermit needs at least 1 or 2 more tune up fights first against top contenders. Maybe Sebastian Lujan if he is still around or Chris Smith or someone.Quote:

Estrada hurt Cintron with 9 kos,Baldometer and Spinks HURT Zab. ;D If Cintron lands the bomb,it's lights out Zab and he is not focussed enough to stay away from it for the whole fight. Also, I would say his power is over rated too,and everyone knows if Cintron doesn't KO him BUT hurts him,Zab is going to RUN RUN RUN the whole night!

Being that he had about a week to prepare for Pineda he had just fought Spinks, do you expect him to look good? Fighting months apart after trainign in one month causes your whole body to start cramping up on you. And apparently Judah had leg cramps in that fight which explains why he didn't move like he does. He looked very poor versus Pineda, he had over a month off after the Spinks fight, it wasn't that grueling, I seriously doubt he had one week of training, but it shouldn't have mattered, Pineda's like 84 years old, and he had already slowed down by the time he reached his 50's, he was made for Judah.

I can only name a few bad zab fights. Corley, Pineda, Green and Witter. Every other fight has been exiting.Quote:

Baldomir's right hand is more dangerous because you never see it coming. He goats with the left hand to get you to watch it and then hits you out of nowhere with his right hand and you never see it so it stuns you, he does it to a lot of people, he has stunned a lot of people, but he just doesn't know howto finish, but that right hand because you never see it will stun. And Estrada's hooks were wide and they caught Cintron and it stunned him and Cintron saw them. I don't think Cintron takes punches very well. he can see a punch and it will still hurt him. Zab more or less gets hurt with the punch he never sees coming, but hitting him straight on with him seeing or knowing it's coming more or less he doesn't get hurt, and you know that better then anyone OumaFan.
Zab would KO Cintron in under 5 rounds if they ever fought.

I know no one has posted on this topic for a long time, but this is my first post and I would like to commend this OumaFan (are you really an Ouma fan?). Ouma breaks down his points logically and even eloquently. As a big Cintron fan, I would have to give Judah the edge, yet I would give him a slight edge. Judah has not been impressive in a fight since he defeated Terron Millet. Cintron pretty much quit against Margarito, but no one wanted to fight him, so he took a chance and it was clear he was not ready for Margarito. To be honest, I don't think many of you knowledgeable fans have seen Cintron fight. To me, he takes a punch well. Margarito never made Kermit loopy. He made Cintron quit without even trying. But the fight against Estrada should make boxing fans excited. First of all, Cintron is now working with Hall of Fame trainer Emmanuel Steward, who has worked wonders with Wladimir Klitchko. Did you see Cintron's new and improved jab against Estrada? Did you see the devastating body punching? Did you see him not panic and minimize the damage after admittedly hard shots? Basically, the way Judah has been fighting lately, Cintron will give him trouble. Remember, Cintron is 5'11" and Judah is what-5'7"? Cintron will have a tremendous reach advantage and with his power and jab, he could do what Klitchko did to Byrd. I know Judah has the potential, but as of this moment, he doesnt scare me.
