Are you doing the FNF Main event RBR tonight?
I'm thinking its doubtful, kinda lackluster main event, on paper
You gonna do it?
If this Whitfield guy would straighten and shorten his punches, and stop from falling in when he punches he'd be good. He's huge for a 115 pounder, long reach, fast hands, but he falls in when he punches. Gotta stop that
I hope this thing's better than I think it's gonna be :-\
I'm strickly on basic cable right now, won't have anything until tomorrow. Thats why I was asking. Wanted to know how Sykes is doing :-\
I'll do some mini updates
Sykes won the first and is probably winning the second although Bryant is coming on some. Sykes a bit busier, better on the outside, he just puts his left hand out and it bothers Bryant for some reason. the second just ended, guess it could have gone either way, but Sykes won the first
I'm not sure who to root for, not too big on any either guy
Bryant drops Sykes HARD with an uppercut, Sytkes badly hurt, gets up, holding
Sorry feller's & fellerette's...gotta pass on this one...but I shall be here for the Wlad Byrd rematch on Saturday.
Sykes still holding, low blows, swinging wild, in trouble, but Bryant not taking total advantage
Woo sykes dropped again with an upper
for Sykes, the definition of a bad round
those didn't seem like absolutely monster punches but they badly hurt Sykes
Sykes dropped again, he is CHINNY
Dropped again and Sykes rolled out of the ring, fight over
He rolled out of the ring and is walking out in the crowd :o
;D That was kinda weird.
It was a sweet little uppercut that started it all, though.
So Sykes did well before his chin got hit?
Yeah I guess, won the first, coulda given him the second, but the first upper was nice, and he just wasn't the same, the next three knockdowns weren't very clean, a bit odd, I guess he just couldn't recoverQuote:

He rolled our of the ring and walked into the crowd :o How'd that look?
uh, a bit weird, he just rolled out and started walking around out by the crowd, he didn't actually enter the seated area, that would have been fucking crazy ;D But he was just walking around, it was kinda oddQuote:

Was he out? Sleep walking? or wide awake?
He was hurt, pretty much defenseless, like FLH said, the punches weren't even that clean after the first one but he was still going down and was barely making the ten count. But when he was walking around it wasn't like he was falling over, but he just seemed really dazedQuote:

the thing is that after the fourth KD, unless I just missed it, the count had barely started when he rolled out of the ring. I guess the ref thought, hmm, that guy just rolled out of the ring and is walking around out by the crowd, I guess I should stop it ;D
Sounds funny. Has he been checked for a concussion or something bad? Sounds like he was incoherent.
Actually Teddy was just complaining that apparently he has gotten no treatment, the doctor didn't see him after the fight and Sykes is in the locker room and the doctor still hasn't seen himQuote:

That's dangerous. Very dangerous
yeah, hopefully somebody's seen to him by now, although they should have seen him already
He should be allright, I say that cause pretty much all of the serious injuries to boxers come after they've taken a long, prolonged beating and Sykes didn't have that happen to him. Either way, he should get treatment, any boxer who gets hurt in a fight should go to the hospital, whether he gets knocked out or not
