When i go boxing, i spar most weeks because that is how our trainer likes to train us, i weight 67 now, trying to get down to 63, because of this i have to spar agianst people around 60ish and up, sometimes heavier but mainly they are very fast. I can be fast but i have good power shots. I am generally a all round fighter, but against these really fast people i cannot block lots of their shots, i was wondering if any of you know how to get my reflexes to be better suited, quicker and more natural to boxing.
