I'm just wondering about the Muhammad Ali act they put into place 15 years ago or so... did it have much of an impact? Did it succeed in making the changes it needed to? Is it regularly enforced?
I know the basic premise of it but I'm wondering if anyone has any more info on it because I read that it isn't really enforced and didn't do much.
