Saw a YouTube video with an inmate giving death threats to Verdejo if and when he gets to prison. With the death penalty looming, it looks bleak for Verdejo either way.

The fact that he knew her since middle school makes it even more revolting. This was not some one night stand or occasional hooker. This was a girl he pretty much grew up with and I'm sure he knew her family. And to do her like that? Yeah Felix Verdejo needs to receive the worse punishment possible.
I agree. It's mind boggling how a man's mind could be so dark and evil. He looked like "the boy next door" for the most part... but as they say... appearances can be deceiving.
I just read about this. He exhibited poor decision-making skills. Not the sharpest tool in the box obviously and deserves whatever he gets.
