Posh Extinction Rebellion-vs- working class Londoners trying to earn a living.
The champagne socialist, Glastonbury loving V for Vendetta "heroes" ventured outside the safe confines of Westminster and the elite for the first time. They picked the wrong part of town. Hilarious. Dragged off, chinned and sorted in no time.

Man that looks annoying as shit. Have you had to put up with any of it personally Fenster?
Re: Posh Extinction Rebellion-vs- working class Londoners trying to earn a living.
Saw it this morning and really they are picking on the wrong crowd as tube travel in environmentally friendly. They have been holding up traffic in Birmingham but that has not caused any violence. Londoners are nutters when it comes to stopping them getting to work.

Kind of makes you wonder why they'd be doing this shit right?

Another group of unhinged individuals taking a cause to ridiculous extremes. Gee.... where have we seen THAT before?
Re: Posh Extinction Rebellion-vs- working class Londoners trying to earn a living.
Most sensible people will support the cause and recognise there needs to be more urgent action. They need to take and harness that support rather than alienate them.
Educate, raise awareness, encourage and support people to live more environmentally friendly lives.

Nah just piss everyone off so when the cause you support makes people role their eyes when brought up into conversations. Good idea

While I agree with sensible people supporting the cause, I think it's a bit irresponsible and foolish to disrupt everyday activities like that. You don't know what harm you could be causing someone not at all involved in the movement who just simply needs to go from point A to point B. There are many ways to bring about change and to force governments to listen. Well planned and executed protests is one of them. Using social media. Writing articles.... voting.... pressuring government officials. Climbing on top of commuter trains is just dangerous and accomplishes nothing.
Education is a big one... I fully agree. In fact, if as much effort were devoted to child education and awareness of the environment as the effort being put forth in the multi-gender nonsense.... we'd all be a lot better off.

Most sensible people don't believe the world is going to end in 12 years because of "Anthropogenic Climate Change".
Most regular people live environmentally friendly lives....those who do not are the super wealthy who aren't bothered at all by these protests AND in fact are welcomed to join in unironically.

thee gots to be a law enforcing against that people WHO disrupt the daily commuters' travel to long distance (or even short distance aka doctors office, dentists office, lawyer office) that to just block someone's paths is really like an assault, it is like you are detaining or incarsurating someone against their will's. Police enforcers must stop that things and enforce the laws like public obstruction against your will or hindering the right to get to work on time.

Amatuers ;D. https://i.imgur.com/HtCyYNr.jpg Part of me says just post a clear warning for liability reasons load up as usual and go. Besides you'd be more committed if you dared to stand in front of it rather than on top. Good on the crowd not tearing them limb from limb though. Could have been 100 times worse depending on your location :-X

I heard of one chap who couldn't get to hospital for his chemo. He had to walk the final 20 minutes or so feeling pretty rotten. There are ways to do things and that chap did not deserve to put up with that.
The funny thing is that the UK experiences some of the most banal weather conditions in the world too. They are getting hysterical when most are getting on with their lives.
When Greta reaches my age she will feel like a plum.

Exactly. I get mocked for spending a few days in the week on my own, but you are damned if you save fuel and you are damned if you don't. It is people flying business class that need to think first and the corporate media that promotes it all. Most of us live within our means.
They basically want the end of European civilisation and Communism. I would look into who is funding all this. Follow the money to the NGO's and their usually wealthy backers.
Re: Posh Extinction Rebellion-vs- working class Londoners trying to earn a living.
Gandalf the Grey but that things to spend a few days of the week alone when better things to do are right there in the neighborhood's, it's kinda a waste of free time to get your relaxatoin like that bro!

I'm not personally affected (in another life). I have no problem with the message, just can't stand the posh/middle-class hypocrites playing hero and saviour whilst having a big fucking rich-hippy-cultish party.
They're fake PC do-gooders who pick safe targets. There's more people of colour at a Tommy Robinson shindig.
