Personal Training Blogs for all users
Edit for people who read the last post: OK an update i have opted for a better blogging system.
OK every member can have there very own blog and it will be your own personal page... i know we have the training logs but this will be a far better system for yout training logs board as your blog entries link will appear in your posts ((every one)) and via your profile.
it would be a far more organised way to promote your training routine but it is your choice ;)
you can make your blog about nutrition, training, tactics or whatever you like it will be your own personal space...
you can also copy and paste your already added training log posts to your blog now so you dont lose what you have already written ;)
for more information see my blog via the link under my post count.
or the direct link to my blog article here....

You may also post entries that have a time stamp in the past. This is useful for those entries that you just forgot to post and they work best in chronological order.
To past date an entry, create an entry as normal but before submitting the entry, find Publish Status in the Miscellaneous Options on the lower section of the entry creation page. This option defaults to Publish Now.
Change Publish Now to Publish On and then choose the date and time that you wish for the entry to appear to have been posted. If you select a date in the future, you will be creating a Pending Entry.
that is a useful feature if you want your days to match the days you added your log posts ;)
