They largely are, when worn.
Nah, they’re not really. And that’s not really why we’re being asked to wear them. Masks don’t stop you catching Covid, but they might stop you passing it on.
You’re playing into @TIC’s hands here, because he could say since more people have worn masks, there have been more cases.
For example , in the UK, Masks are mandatory indoors, yet there are over DOUBLE the daily amount of cases that there were at the “peak” in the summer.
Masks are just one very small part in battling this. Most fuckers don’t even know how to wear them.
Re: Covid- 19 - Second wave
i do see that side of it, I do, but imagine how many more people wouldve been infected had nobody ever, anywhere, worn masks at all.
Re: Covid- 19 - Second wave
I’m not saying don’t wear them. I’m just saying there’s a hell of a lot more we can be doing. Most important things are hygiene and distancing. Too many people in the 21st century go to too many places, and have contact with too many people.and that falls right into Covid’s trap.

absolutely. Masks are only part of the whole. Too much going and visiting and contact, its true, agreed as well. But when Im in Aldi's, and 3 people are arguing with each other loudly, 2 of them with their masks off, 10 feet ahead of me, and the other with the mask pulled down off their nose and barely covering their mouth, and I have to walk thru that narrow aisle between them, I am sure as hell glad Im wearing my mask. Plus I hold my breath before I approach them and then keep holding it for another 15 feet after I pass them. I even squint my eyes to the point of almost not being able to see where Im walking as I pass thru their spit cloud of germs. I mean they are there without masks talking angrily loudly and arguing amongst themselves, spraying that shit all over the place, up into the air, laughing, yelling, coughing, and at that point, I dont think much about how big or small the pores on a mask are, Im just glad to have one on.
Re: Covid- 19 - Second wave
This is mother fucking nature babes. This is a virus. They are very very good at doing what they do. Did anyone ever read that science paper than humans are a virus on the planet. Be smart, take precautions, but all you gotta do is rub your face wrong and you got it. Who knows maybe it was partly man made. We will probably never know. Herd immunity, a vaccine or the slow die off of the virus which happens, they don’t know why but it happens. That is pretty much it. At 9:18am I took someone to a covid test again. Wtf if he was positive I’d be either sick or not. I’m not blaming anyone it’s a fucking virus. It’s fucking life. This is life. There is all kinds of shit that can kill me everyday. Maybe it’s actually russian disinformation

The fact that it offers 'little protection' adds credence to the argument that you might as well pop one on for a few minutes to go into a shop because it might be helping, right? Do you want a little protection, or none?
Lets run with it. How big them smoke particles as opposed to the COVID particles. Or rather the particles COVID binds itself to?
why pop one on for something that doesn't exist?

You can't prove people have free will. There is no proof and in fact everything has already been predetermined. Determinism is what you are seeing. Free will is an illusion.

Here in the UK we came out of lockdown at the end of June. Some regions are now back under heavy restrictions and Wales, I think from Friday, will be under a firebreak 2 or 3 week national lockdown. I have been to the doctors, out to do a job and then to the supermarket today, but quite what that has to do with SBD's is anyone's guess.

Hopefully you wore your mask and socially distanced and washed your hands and used the hand sanitizer and all the things. I mean you've got to follow those rules!
Re: Covid- 19 - Second wave
You don't have to. You could be a TOTAL BADASS!!!! and refuse to wear a mask :badass:
