He should fight Kell Brooks next and the winner of that fights Khan/Maidana.
Thurman vs Porter seems so natural to me.

Thurman already has the right to fight Maidana, his turn is being put off for the rematch with Broner or Mayweather/Maidana. It just seems natural if you're GBPs and one of your fighters title shot is being delayed to offer up another shot. Plus both are on equal grounds as far as name value. It seems like a perfect compromise. With Thurman set as mandatory to that belt it's actually surprising to me that Broner wants to go back after it. It's surprising to me also that GBPs wouldn't want to give Thurman a different shot to keep him away from Broner. Not really sure what Hayman is thinking. Any opportunity to keep Thurman away from Broner seems smart because Thurman would wreck him.Quote:
