Fres Oquendo to sue Charr/Promoter and WBA for Regular Title shot snub!

Fres Oquendo is damn near 60. He is closer to 60 than he is 20. Where in the fucking world is he going with this dumbass lawsuit when he should be retired and has not fought in nearly 2 years? As you remember the last fight lined up for Oquendo was supposed to be against Shannon Briggs for the WBA title and since then he has dropped out of title shot contention after Manuel Charr had decided to take on other challengers- Oquendo is ranked #3 by the WBA, which even within itself is a damn shame alongside this lawsuit!
