BBC's boxing website, the 'get involved section'. Features 4 master class videos by IBF world light heavy weight champion 'Clinton woods' covering defence, boxing basics, tactics and punching.
It also features a guide to boxing Jargon Amatuer boxing (the clubs, events and cards etc) contact details for the regional english secatarys (good people to contact to find a gym) aswell as written guides on punching, defending and mastering individual shots, information for parents and aspiring coaches.
