Wlad should fight them all: Briggs, Wilder, JENNINGS (what I want to see next), Ruiz, Stiverne, Fury, Chisora (if he beats Fury), Mansour and Ortiz. He can win all of these with relative ease, outside of Jennings and Stiverne, which may give him a little trouble.
Wilder and Fury are the most interesting... not necessarily because they are the best challengers, but they have the most hype in the HW division.
Jennings, Ruiz, Stiverne... why not? Just keep throwing random top 10 HWs at Wlad until one of them does something.
Personally I would like to see Wlad vs Fury because Pulev pushed Wlad's buttons, Shannon Briggs is annoying the hell out of Wlad, and Tyson Fury does that shit too...given how angry Wlad fought I would LOVE to see Fury attempt to handle that because #1 I don't think he can and #2 I enjoy seeing these guys eat their words.

I think Wilder can provide a challenge to Wlad especially if he can overcome Stiverne. I also think Fury will provide some difficulty for Wlad. Wlad had taken his time and come back very strongly to dominate the division. All credit to him.
