What is your morning pick up?

I do not mean staggering through the street at 4am with a drunk fat bird being led by a chain to your home. No, I am talking about morning pick ups! The things you either drink, inject or anally insert in order to get you going through a new day.

I will start. For me it is 3 or 4 mouthfuls of vitamins, followed by a cup of Ginseng tea. Then as I start my working day I will drink one cup of coffee. This gives me my health, my energy, and thus I am set for the day.

What is your morning pick up?

For me its reading your latest posts. Nice to remind oneself it can always be worse.

Walking sticks.

A good wank never hurt. French toast and black coffee. Finding both shoes in time for work.

Indian tea with herbs and spices which fills me up and clears me out in the morning.
