This is a really odd match up. It would have never crossed my mind. Billy Conn I think wins extremely easily. A quick boxer who is much bigger. It’s a nightmare all around for Duran.
So duran beats a raw slugger in Barkley at 160 lbs , and you dream up this matchup at 168lbs ?

Billy Conn was a light heavyweight and Duran would be way above his best weight. Have to go with Conn.
Conn weighed under 168 for the majority of his career, it's not that silly, in fact, I'd back Duran. (:D)
